Renowned Executive Chef Jimmy from Atlanta, GA brings his creative culinary skills to Otoro. Otoro serves everything made from scratch from our sauces to our desserts.

Otoro is an authentic, modern Japanese and scratch Asian kitchen restaurant in South Florida, serving the freshest fish to the most unique omakase dining experience. An omakase meal is a multi-sensory, almost spiritual, experience. The chef will offer the perfect piece of fish for the season and is guided by his guests’ reactions.     We’ve dined here before and always enjoyed the food, but unfortunately, our experience last night left much to be desired. We came as a party of 11, and from the start, it felt like we were being overlooked. The wait staff seemed more focused on cleaning floors and tables than attending to our group. The strong smell of cleaning supplies made it unpleasant to enjoy our meals, and the drinks took an unusually long time to arrive. While the food was as delicious as we remembered, the overall service and atmosphere fell short. Sadly, this experience makes us unsure about returning in the future.

    The quality of the fish was very fresh and the variety was amazing. We had several rolls and they were all very good especially. The Ube flan was so delicious, i highly recommend it. Overall our experience was great and we will be coming back for the Omakase.

    Nice place. But very, very loud. We were a party of 7 and everyone was unhappy as we couldn't talk so loud was the music and thus people talking over it. TV was on, playing MMA competition (??). It would be a lot nicer to have TV off and some soft japanese music in the background. Food was great, very polite and attentive staff. Pricey.

    Good food and service. Our server was on top of everything, food came out as we ordered and waiting time was just right. Sushi was good. We ordered 4 different ones and all were good
