Expensive for the amount of food you get. Can’t get a good view of the city from the bar either

We had a great experience here. Angela was our server and she was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect sake and food to order. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and they brought out complimentary tiramisu! It was delicious!

We loved our experience at Otaru and it was truly that … Angela guided us through our evening and was a phenomenal part of the night. She offered recommendations and insight into the menu and made our night out that much better. Highly recommend!

Everything we ordered was incredible. The gyoza and the pork buns were to die for (got 2 orders of the gyoza they were so good). Cant wait to go back

Angela was our waitress and she did a great job as she explained the menu and gave us everything we needed. We loved the food and atmosphere it was a great time!

My wife and I went for our first anniversary dinner to OTARU and had a wonderful experience. Our server Angela was amazing. And while I personally am not a raw fish fan, my wife is and she was able to recommend to both of us favorites on both parts of the menu. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the menu and the chef selections of fish. She was lovely and even brought us a desert at the end and wished us a happy anniversary. Definitely somewhere we will be back to

My son, his girlfriend and I had a delicious meal with a great view of Pittsburgh. Brynn was a wonderful server, so sweet, attentive and knowledgeable. The bar and hostess staff were charming and answered all our questions. It was a fantastic first visit. We’ll be back soon!
