Osteria Fiorella - Red Rock Hotel & Casino
Brunch was perfect. The food and service is excellent. The room is so beautiful, I feel like I’m dining on the strip. This was only our second time at this restaurant and it has become our new favorite. They do things right.
Amazing food. Authentic italian. Fresh, simple and delicious. Everything was incredible including the service.
We have had dinner there several times and always great but this was our first time having brunch there and it was also great. Generous mimosa pours, and a great menu selection of traditional and Italian fare.
Calamari first rate. Food is great. Excellent attentive service. Elegant atmosphere. Jarrell is great, but all the servers were great.
It was truly a nice evening with great appetizers. Sadly our server forgot about our rigatoni entree. Was disappointed and said what happened to our meal. He thought we wanted it after our appetizers. He was right but if he stopped by our table, he would have noticed we were done and wanted to take the remainder home, to enjoy our entree.
I had the most delicious turkey dinner on Thanksgiving Day. All the servers were superior. I can't wait to go back for an Italian dinner.
Great service as always by the entire staff. Food is equally amazing...
Just incredible all around. The ambiance was perfeft. The wait staff was incredible, and the food was sublime.
Most of the food was good. Pizza did not arrive at the table hot, but at room temperature
In short, the best new Italian restaurant in Summerlin.
Waitstaff very professional. I ordered a glass of wine but never received it. Waiter apologized and offered a free drink.
We went for Sunday brunch - sat outside at the bar - had a delightful time - we'll return.
Great restaurant, outstanding food, wonderful service.
finally it feels like they got it together...great service, lasagna and amazing maple glazed Brussel sprouts . Also the tables had good separation and all wearing masks. CIAO
Omg. From the service to the food a well rounded experience. Me and my family will be retuning
Food excellent. Options were excellent. I will return.
We went for brunch on a Saturday after a hike at Red Rock. The casino was not crowded or wall to wall with people, so it felt safe. It was clean. We made reservations and arrived on time. We were seated immediately and promptly waited on. The server was very informed about menu items and answered questions easily about both food and drink.
My husband had a toothsome pasta carbonara that he didn't share with me. Greedy man.
I had the French toast/bread pudding. If I were home, I would have licked the plate. Yes, it was pricey for a breakfast. But, the food was delicious and the service superb.
For a $150 dinner you would think the food would be better. The best thing we had was the bread and wine.
Outstanding food! Ambiance, Stellar service! There is always enough time on a trip to fit in a visit to Osteria Fiorella. The chef is amazing.
Outstanding food! Lee brings superior service and recommendations
A bit pricey for the environment. Turnover from order to table was very quick. Almost the point that the food is prepay ahead and dished at the time of order.
Went for my sons birthday to celebrate with family. Service is outstanding! Food was excellent. Had Cacio e Pepe. Best pasta noodles I’ve ever had. Dish is very rich...FYI. Also had Tomato and Mozzarella Salad it was wonderful. Meatballs were shared and also very tender and delicious. Family had Gnocchi and it was also Outstanding. Lasagna was good too. Mushroom Ravioli was also a standout. Dessert winner was the Tiramisu. Although the Ricotta Pie was great as well. It’s a bit pricey but it’s the best pasta I’ve eaten for what it’s worth. We’ll be back!
The food and service are excellent! Unfortunately, I couldn’t hear my dinner companion and vice versa. It was so loud and cold I had goose bumps and could barely wait to run out of the restaurant.
If you are in Las Vegas I highly recommend you make this one of your stops. It is off the strip but conveniently located. I had the ricotta gnocchi with brown butter and crispy leaks and it was really rich but I ate every bite!
This was the second time my friends and I have eaten here. The service is always pretty good. The menu is somewhat limited. We tried the ravioli this time and it was outstanding. It comes with a mushroom sauce that one of my friends could not have because she’s allergic to onions and that was one of the ingredients in the sauce… However we all tasted the raviolis with just with the butter sauce on them that they’re cooked in… And they were fabulous with just that! We also got a pizza this time which we had not before. We got the one with the Soppressata. It was quite good with a flavorful crust. I would recommend this restaurant.
Crispy Octopus and Meatball appetizers both excellent. Hard to choose between the 2. The whipped ricotta with the meatballs was a really nice accompaniment along with the olive oil soaked grilled bread. The housemade breads are tip top. Especially the soft Italian with the nice crust. The Gnocchi was one of the best I have ever had. Perfect texture and not overly sauced....just a simple brown butter and superfine chiffonade of crispy leeks. A star of the menu for sure and a must order to be shared as they are very rich. The Veal Parm is a wow presentation, but way to heavy breading. I would steer away from that and go Branzino. The Baba for dessert was done with the housemade Brioche and fresh apples and a buttery rum caramel. So good and they obviously have a talented pastry chef/ baker in house. Lee, our server was spot on with timing, suggestions, and professionalism, and very friendly service. Not stuffy at all. He was menu knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. Antonio D was also great. Portions are generous, and perfect for sharing. Great addition to Red Rock and far better than Terra Rossa. We will be back. Unfortunately I only got a picture of the Veal Parm....
They never disappoint. Everything is fresh and tasty
Bread, Calamari good. Roasted Brussel sprouts very good, Lasagna was somewhat oily.
Noisier than I like.
Sadly our lasagna first came out lukewarm so we asked them to fire it again then we were brought burnt lasagna. The waiter took it off I just don’t know how it left the kitchen with it being so badly burnt. Maybe it was just an off night.
Food was overpriced, (even for casino) but local casino should offer more value. Food was not much flavor. We had margarita pizza, crust was burnt.
Loved our visit there. Matteo and his team were amazing.
Music is too loud and not of my liking. Don't outprice your foods as locals won't pay I know from experience.
True service and culinary professionals!
The whole team is simply amazing!
Chef Joel has knocked it out of the park once again. This restaurant is the place to be for locals and visitors alike.
5 star fine dinning in a beautiful location with casual/upscale prices (very affordable)
Had a lovely dinner for my anniversary and it was perfection beginning to end.
Already made reservations for Thanksgiving. 🥰
Exceptionally delicious food coupled with great service. This restaurant is a winner and a “must visit.”
Food was delicious, portions large. My only complaint is the noise level made it difficult to talk with our party of five around a large round table.
This restaurant has become one of our favorites since discovering it about a month ago. Great ambiance, the wait staff and bartender are really on top of it and very knowledgeable. The pricing is a value based on the food quality, setting and professional staff. Best two dishes so far is the short rib pasta with fresh horseradish and the grilled octopus app.
When this pandemic goes away, this place will be excellent!
Wonderfully! Enjoyed very much
We had the meatball appetizer. It was good. My entree of lasagna came out not hot. It tasted like it was unevenly heated. I sent it back. By the time the new one arrived, my dining companion was finished their entree of short rib pappardelle, which was just ok. No desserts.
I spoke to the asst. general manager Kate about the dining problem. Her way of resolving it was to tell me to contact her when I make another reservation. The problem should have been taken care of on that visit. I have no intention of returning. High prices for mediocre food. Maggionos food is better in my opinion. Hard to believe Marc Vetri put his name on this.
Excellent food and service. The pasta was fresh and home made. The serice was very good and I would give them 5 stars in every category.
We will return soon for another great meal.
