   Let’s see... we were the only table there, in the reserved area at least. Service was slow. Food was mediocre at best. Bruchetta was basically largely chopped low quality tomato over bread. Caprese salad was four large slices of Motzerella ball and four chunks of tomato with balsamic drizzled over the top. No basil, child like knife skills. The $30 salmon special was a piece of salmon and 6 slices of burnt zucchini on the side. It was suppose to come with carrots but did not. Extremely salty risotto. I’ll stop there because I could complain about every dish and I’m not a complainer. Felt like what you made as a kid playing restaurant with your friends. It was way overpriced. Ambiance was good- and my friends have fun anywhere so it wasn’t a total loss. Won’t be back though.

   We had reservations but when we arrived, there was a note taped to the door saying they were closed. This was not good, since the reservations were for a Senior Prom night. There has not been any kind of apology or anything. Now I would not trust them being open on any given day.

   Excellent fresh food amazing salmon dish and a pork in red wine sauce that was fabulous

   Underrated. Great flavor and execution. Even Italian classics are done differently than you would see in most places, and with great results.

   It’s a hidden gem, amazing food! You could walk by and you probably wouldn’t think it’s open... it’s all just so good!

   Miserable experience. We had a 8:30 reservation for date night and we called to see if we could switch it to 8 and were told no. This was fine so we showed up at 8:30 to a restaurant 1/3 full. We stood awkwardly at the bar and no one approached us for 5 minutes. When someone finally did, they asked us who got there first, referring to two other groups of people waiting in chairs. Bear in mind, no one should've been waiting in the first place, there were empty tables all over the place. Based on this abysmal start and the fact that it was a notch about 50 degrees, we decided to leave. The kind people at Rigoletto then charged us $58 for a missed reservation.

   Clueless sums up this staff. We had reservations & placed on one of the levels where it was completely empty. We asked to join the rest of the restaurant & said we could wait til a table opened. The staff had to check with the manager, who was also the only chef & person running the kitchen who we could see & hear him throw a fit & said no, then no o e came back to talk to us so we just took our table in the empty lounge. Food was all drowned in sauces & odd version of the rushes . Long wait for anything, no knowledge of the menu....which was a set menu. Then for a table if 3 a 20% was added. I was embarrassed to bring friends here & would not recommend.

    Literally the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. Food was great, and I really like the look of the place, but the waiter ruined the entire experience. He said about 5 words the entire night, took about 45 minutes and 3 reminders to get a single drink, and 30 minutes just to order food/drinks in the first place.. This was supposed to be a special Valentine's dinner, but my girlfriend and I spent half our dinner laughing at how horrible the waiter was. Definitely not going back.
