   Birthday ..it was very cold in there and the soda is by the bottle ... bread was to crispy ...tables to small for two people ...menu to limited ..

   Food outstanding. However, it appeared restaurant is understaffed. When first arrived told had a 15 minute wait though 2/3 of Restaurant tables were empty. Went to open table and made a reservation and came back within 15 minutes. Asked for a table by the window and told first it was reserved and when I questioned that said it was bring bussed. Manager showed and said could have willing to wait fir set up. Meanwhile the server came over and took us to one of his tables. He was excellent, food great. Need better management, trained staff and more help. Willing to give another try because of the wonderful food. However, if service doesn’t improve, won’t keep coming.

   A truly contemporary Italian meal. We had Spaghetti Bottarga, Pappardelle al Ragu' and Cotoletta Milanese and were not disappointed. Service was attentive and timely. A hidden gem in a Mall location.

   Wine was very good and server was knowledgeable about the wine list. Appetizer and dessert was delicious. The entree size was almost as though someone had shared our meal. 8-9 rigatoni for an entree was skimpy and the restaurant needs to up the portion size. The entrees were good but lack luster in presentation and size. Much better food than the casual restaurant.

   Took our friends who are from Italy to Osteria for dried age 32oz steak cooked on charcoal and hand made pasta. The chef special prepared the Beef Carpaccio European way for me as my appetizer. First time for our friends but many times for my husband and I to eat at this restaurant. Our friends were so impressed with the quality of the food and all the Italian wine the restaurant offers. The good is consistent good every time we have been there. Johnny, our server and the manager, Alexander were great. Thank you. Looking forward to go there again.

   My husband and I have eaten in Osteria many times. We both agree that the food (especially the dry aged steak) were consistently good every time. The food, the service were fantastic. I have food allergies and the Chef Andrea accommodated me. Also, he prepared the food the way we have it in Europe. Our server Tony was great too. Thank you. Looking forward to go there again.

    The night we went they were understaffed. I made a reservation on open table then got a message that I did not keep my reservation but there was no place to check in. We went to the bar and the bartender was nice but totally overwhelmed. Was not able to take our drink order for over 20 minutes. We were hungry so had to leave. The place is cute and there are a lot of choices and I've had great food here before but this night did not go well.
