Michaud's classic take on Italian cuisine presented the perfect addition to Schulson Collective with Osteria's award-winning menu of antipasti, homemade pastas, house-cured salumi, authentic Neapolitan and Roman-style pizzas, wood-grilled meats, seafood and decadent desserts.
Complementing this menu is a fine selection of wine, handcrafted cocktails and craft beer.

awesome! definitely coming back!
Only if they get a table in the main room when it is quiet.
Fantastic meal. From start to finish everything was perfect. Had a short wait at the bar before being seated. Atmosphere at bar was lively, bartenders friendly, drinks were great, and got us off on the right foot. A few minutes after we were taken to our table a little room with maybe 12 tables, it felt intimate but not stuffy and they decor was hip without being too cool for school. We shared 4 or 5 dishes and each was homerun! Can't wait to go back.
Service was amazing. Spilled a drink in the food. Service immediately got us a new one and new meal free of charge. They were also very knowledgeable and recommendations were great!
The food was great. The waiters were very good and knowledgeable. The food took some time to arrive at our table.
My overall experience was great except the fact that I had to wait half an hour to be seated When I had at 10:30 reservation but overall it was a wonderful experience there
It was a little loud but it was great experience!
Food was phenomenal as usual and the ambiance is amazing. However, we had a decent amount of food we asked to have packaged up but once our waiter took it away we waited about 20 minutes and never received it nor could it be located. Hopefully next time this issue can be avoided since we had about two full plates of food we wanted to take home. Otherwise the night was great.
Ambiance was great, food was hot, service was fast and pleasant.
I don’t generally think it’s fair to review a restaurant on Valentine’s Day. The service and food were still excellent on such a busy evening!
The staff and food were amazing. I thought the tables were too close to each otger. We were trying to celebrate Valentine’s but the woman seated next to us smelled so bad. Other than that, the night was perfect.
the food and atmosphere was top notch and made a great start to a valentines night that included a Boyz 2 Men concert at the Met.
We opted for the tasting menu. Great value and price! Plenty of food and lots of options. Very happy with the potion size, quality, and flavor.
I was hesitant to write this but I have to register how disappointing I was with osteria. The food is amazing and our waiter was very knowledgeable which made our experience great. However, my husband and I specifically said we were not too hungry and asked if we could share the $58 tasting menu. Our waiter said it was fine since it is served family style. My husband even asked if the waiter thought it would be enough for the both of us and that we would order more food after if we needed after. The waiter said it would be enough food. When we ordered the check, we were surprised to see they charged $58 x 2 for the tasting menu. We asked the waiter and he said they “adjusted” the amount of food since there were 2 of us and apologized for the miscommunication. My husband and I were there in November and ordered some of the food from the tasting menu and it was the same amount of food. No way they “adjusted” the amount of food this time. We didn’t want to ruin our experience and paid the amount charged. But, we were very disappointed, especially since we had asked before. We will not be coming back.
Great dinner to celebrate my son’s 20th birthday. The pasta dishes and charcuterie plates are deliciously fresh
We had a party of 8 with a reservation. Restaurant was very crowded and after 45 min we were still not seated. After speaking with the hostess’ about our frustration, they offered us the back room in the kitchen as our table was still not ready. We had a fabulous dinner! The food and service once we got to our room was fantastic! We think the night ended up better since we got our own room!!! As for noise we didn’t have Any but the main restaurant was rather noisy. We will definitely go again! They did the right thing in the end and we had a memorable night! Be sure to order the Parma pizza and burrata!!
Had a great dinner with our daughter who goes to Penn and her boyfriend! Everyone enjoyed all the items we shared.
Our server Ky was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. The food was perfectly executed. My one problem was with the spacing of the restaurant, we were sat at a table near the pass- we were constantly knocked into by staff members.
Amazing food. Sub par service
Food was not up to par. Pasta was overcooked and every dish was loaded with salt. Not what we would expect or have experienced at this price point.
Wonderful - we sat in the Atrium and had a terrific meal - never disappoints!
Really enjoyed the reestaurant and it's lively atmosphere. The food is excellent; we had at our table the Buratta app (outstanding!) the raddichio salad (very good) and the Insalata Verde (I think that was the name and the salad was somewhat plain, but we knew that). The pastas - WOW! The Pumpkin and mushroom were our favorite. Topped the meal off with scallops and brazino. Everything was worth another visit!
You can tell the chef has a sweet tooth, the food all had a bit of unnecessary sweetness. Pasta was underwhelming and the veal was inedible. Overall way too expensive for the food quality. Service was spectacular tho so I’d try it again.
Everything was fantastic! We couldn’t have been happier with this choice. We will definitely go again!
Fun atmosphere with eclectic menu
Got there early...got a drink at the bar. The bar was 3 deep but drinks were good! Busy time. Then we sat and had dinner and off to the concert. Great meal!
Our first time at Osteria. Our server Kai was awesome!!! He made the experience really nice. Would go back again because of him. Everyone’s food was good. Cool environment. Would definitely go back again when the weather is nicer to sit outside.
Starters were fantastic. Tuna was a star. Main courses were lacking. Love Bronzino and always have it filleted for me. Must have been someone’s first time. Bones in every bite. Pork chop was thinner than the breading. Great drinks and wine list.
What a great find. This was our first visit and the food, service and atmosphere was incredible. Kudos to our server Michael, great job!!!
It was wonderful! We were going to the Met! Anthony is a friend of ours, we didn’t know he worked there, it was so nice to see him, he made us feel very comfortable! We will definitely be back.
Osteria is our favorite restaurant in Philly. The quality of food is amazing for the money. And grilled octopus is truly remarkable!
Service and food was great, however the tables in the plant room were too close to each other making it very difficult to pass in between without rubbing against the tables. Also conversation was difficult as you were seated so close to the adjacent tables.
To the management: PLEASE, SERIOUSLY consider NOT TO set the table(s) by the handicap access door. Although we sincerely did not mind getting up, interrupted, TWICE throughout our dinner to allow our tables and chairs to be moved to clear the passage for wheelchair access; but our stiff joints were struggling a bit to get up and down after just settling in again, and again. Please, LEAVE that area CLEAR for wheelchair access for the sake of leisure dining. Thank you, Bonna Weinstein
Perfect pre show dinner at the Met. The somelier was amazing and had great recommendations. Cheese plate and scallop were great. Monk fish was amazing.
Party of 6 but the rectangular table wasn't conducive for conversation especially given the noise level in the porch area. The food however was excellent.
Food was great as usual. Erin our server was on point and very attentive. Overall was a great night.
northern italian cuisine. fresh homemade pasta dishes. eat from the convivio menu for the full dining experience
Osteria remains as one of my favorite places in Philadelphia, especially for happy hour. The Italian dishes are skillfully prepared and the seasonal menu offers a variety of options to choose from. As a pescatarian, I find that there is always more than one option for me. The staff is also knowledgeable about the dishes/ cocktail selection/ wine and were willing to answer any questions I had about the menu. I will definitely come back!
