The food was excellent but at $250 for 2 people, you do pay for that excellence.
I actually think this place is totally overrated. The food is good, but not nearly worth the prices charged. Food took forever to come out and then was predictably cold. No explanation given at all. Skip it. This is an LA example of hype being better than quality.
Amazing experience from the food to the service. I really enjoyed my experience especially the food. I will definitely come back.
The food was wonderful. Our occasion was a 1 year anniversary and Osteria proved to the special place that it was promised to be.
Incredible food, great experience. Definitely recommend.
Love this place! Love the food and love the Somm!!! She picks the perfect wine every single time.
Wonderful service, amazing food. We were seated in a quieter room (not near the bar). It was lovely and we will certainly be back.
The waiter was very condescending. Food wasn’t good enough to justify his pretentiousness.
Everything was amazing. Desserts were heavenly. Will be be back soon,
Amazing service at the bar, good drinks, good itilain wine list.
The bread is heavenly and the cheese is to die for.
Dessert was good beautifuly plated
You will have a great experience
Excellent dishes, great ambiance. Server was very helpful.
The waiter we had could have been friendly. We had questions about a couple of dishes and it felt like he was doing us a favour by responding.
Our waiter changed towards the end and she was very nice and had a friendlier attitude.
Awesome dinner! We asked to be seated at the Mozza bar and were entertained by the talented chefs in front of us. Great wine suggestions. Would go back in a heart beat!
Unfortunately, our meal at Osteria Mozza is another disappointing experience dining at one of the big name restaurants in LA. We have lived in LA for over 8 years, and have been so pleased with the burgeoning restaurant scene here and are continuously finding that the big names can't deliver on consistent quality and service like many newcomers can (Bestia, Alimento, etc). For the price tag that comes with the name Mozza, the service and the food fell very short. Not worth it.
Birthday dinner and it was wonderful. Thank you!
