Osteria Morini DC
Great outdoor seating view by the water in Navy Yard.
Had a wonderful time. Our server was very warm and personal. The food was fantastic. Three different dishes that all of us approved of.
It was easy to get in a must do restaurant...well worth it! The service all around was friendly, courteous and all around great.
Food has generally good but we were not happy with the prefix family style on mother's day. The portions we're exceedingly small and some of the food bland.
Always consistent. One of my go to places in DC. Food is really good. Location is great—esp when weather is nice.
Always have a great time there. Feel like we are treated as family.
Limited but excellent menu
Incredible food, the ingredients were fresh, the attention to detail in food preparation was exceptional. Great presentation too. The portions were well thought out... not a huge pile of food, but enough that we could enjoy some leftovers the next day. All in all a great experience.
Delicious pasta!! We really loved our meal. One of the best Italian spots we've tried in DC.
Mom flew in from out of town and we had a lovely meal! Will definitely come back!
very good recepie and good ingredient, price for the wine a little high
Great food great location
Fantastic pasta, great service, friendly atmosphere! Great night at Osteria Morini!
I’ve eaten here a few times and I had a great experience but on this occasion the food and the service was poor.
Always first rate. Great food, great service, great atmosphere.
Had a very enjoyable evening with out of town Family. We were able to dine outside on a beautiful April evening. The Branzino was top notch
A friendly ambiance and tasty food. A welcomed spot we enjoy before attending Arena Stage plays.
Friends in town
Just spectacular! Had the prosciutto with cheese for appetizer, and the raviolis for main course. Everything was right on point. Great for a date. Oceanfront view!
Great food. Service wasn’t great.
Great burger !
Everything was very nice. The Chop and pasta were great
Everything we had was fantastic! Especially liked the ravioli.
Overall very lackluster. $26 for a little spaghetti is high when it’s essentially butter salt and pepper. Could have used upfront service when walking in. Just overpriced for what you get. Menu never changes as well.
The food was INCREDIBLE. However, it seriously looked like they made one order and split it between the two of us since we both ordered the Spaghetti Pomodoro. Not even half of the plate (which was a smaller size than everyone else’s around too) was filled, and we both finished in literally(we counted) 5 fork-fulls. For $23 a person for spaghetti, I’d expect to leave not starving-especially since Everyone else around had normal portions. Had it not been so damn good, I would’ve been much more upset than I already am. Guess they treated us like kids or second class citizens since we didn’t go for any of the wine ...
I've been here a couple of times. This time we sat outside and sat, unfortunately, too closely to an obnoxious table who had their feet up, swearing loudly and generally just being drunk and obnoxious. It spoiled the mood of the evening as we couldn't even hear our group talking as they were being that loud. Needless to say we rushed our food and got out of there.
Loud table next to us , drunks from the baseball game!
Delicious food - we had a Caesar salad (love those fried capers!), wine, squid ink pasta and lobster ravioli. Soooo good. We split the pistachio lemon dessert and a couple of Amari. Swrvice was great and dood delicious. We'll definitely come back!
Osteria Morini never disappoints. The food is spectacular and the staff is always accommodating. I’m not wild about their cocktails so I would recommend opting for a glass of wine with your meal.
What a community gem! We found Osteria through the Open Table app and couldn't have been happier. The food was superb and $13 pasta night made it that much more enjoyable. We look forward to coming back!
The parmigiano gelato must be tried !!!
Overall amazing Italian kitchen.
Prosciutto di Parma 20 months superb!!!
Indifferent service for late lunch to celebrate birthday as noted on reservation. Served dry overdone partially burnt cutlet entree that should not have left kitchen! Other food good to excellent so would give them another chance.
Everything was fantastic. “A memorable meal”. Thank you to Franklin our server!
Great! Loved it.
Great experience. Everything was delicious - could not get enough of the bread. Amazing lunch.
The food (especially the pasta) is always spot on and the service is excellent. The views and ambiance are bright but cozy.
In advance of a theater production performance we were attending, my friend and I decided to dine as first-timers to this establishment. Service was excellent with a sommelier who was must knowledgeable and made a fine red wine recommendation. The atmosphere was most attractive and there was good energy in the room. We found the menu limited for our palates; however, the rigatoni we both had was delicious although it could use a tad less salt. We would be willing to come back.
Always fabulous. Very accommodating when we were sat by the door and wanted another spot that was a little less drafty! Also appreciate their attention to detail with coming in for birthdays!
The food and service were great. The only issue was the guests at our neighboring table who were very boisterous to the point of screaming as they spoke.
