   Excellent food - especially the Fiorentina steak! Really high quality and well prepared. Kids ate pasta and were very happy. The service, initially not so friendly, ended up being very attentive and personable. The only problem we had was that, after having reserved a table, we arrived and announced we had booked a table. We were then whisked through the first dining room, which was agreeable full, then through the second, which was semi-full and deposited on a table in the third dining room, next to the kitchen and the take-away entrance. We weren't dressed badly, had all taken showers and have no shocking physical characteristics or table manners. So we thought this was a little strange - as if the restaurante were ashamed of us. Anyhow, as said, the service did improve and the food was really good. Maybe the tip is NOT to reserve.
