The food was very good. The service was friendly and prompt. However, the quality of the service is sorely in need of improvement—and we were there at “off hours,” so it was not an issue of staff or the kitchen being overwhelmed. We were quickly provided with a basket of two fresh, warm, fragrant rolls, and a dish of olive oil with balsamic and rosemary. Very good! When we had eaten both rolls, my husband asked if he could have another roll. Granted, he did not specifically ask “if we could have more bread.” Our server brought one roll! We shared the calamari with shrimp and mussels in marinara sauce appetizer. We said when we ordered it that we were going to share it. Presumably if it had been for one of us, that person would have eaten it from the dish in which it was served. But we used it as a service dish and each used our bread plates, which then left the bread plates coated with residual marinara sauce. One entree was served about five minutes before the other (remember, we were the only people there!). We were sitting at a “two top” table, which didn’t leave room for excess plates. The server seemed surprised when my husband asked her to remove the marinara covered bread plate. And she only took his! When my entree arrived and we requested my bread plate be removed, she again seemed surprised. She did check back a couple of times during the meal and each time seemed surprised that we were still eating. When asked if we wanted dessert, I said I was open to hearing what they had. She recited a very appealing list of desserts and then immediately walked away. I thought she was giving me time to decide. But when she returned—and I was ready to order dessert!—it was with the check! I did order dessert, and when she brought it, she also brought the check with it. She did say there wasn’t any rush. Never asked if we wanted coffee. We didn’t, but still…Maybe this was her first day as a server?

The food was god but pricey. When a meal is shared, they charge $4.00 extra and never warn you it's an extra charge. We even ordered a shareable in addition to a main dish..

Average food with high prices. Service was good but TOO attentive - our server came by twice within 5 seconds at one point it was almost like she was just ticking a box and forgotten she already came by. The space is good but for some reason it’s always so loud. Overall not my fav…

2nd time we were there. First time was on a Tuesday night and it was really terrific. This 2nd time we had excellent service but the food was not nearly as good as the first time. One dish salty and chicken was dry. I had the crabcakes and they were verging on awful. Very disappointing. Don't know if we'll return to this location or any of its locations.

First time here. Very pretty inside. Our server was friendly and checked on us frequently. The food was A+ (polpetto ravioli and roasted chicken). And BYOB-always a bonus! Will definitely return.
