Great food, great service. Went for Sunday brunch before the Nutcracker ballet. Strong tasty beverage. Delicious, juicy bone-in pork chop.
I was visiting Houston and craving pizza, we chose here because it was nearby, and the cheese pizza was so yummy. I could taste the freshness, and I ate it all. Also, it was really busy because of a convention and I’ve never seen a more well set up system in a kitchen. The food was coming out so fast, I actually spoke about it many times while there. Just blown sway at their teamwork and timing. I’d definitely try there again when I’m in the area.
Was not busy at all. We waited a good 15 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order and we were looking around and made eye contact with several servers. Finally got waited on. Pizza was very greasy. Our waiter offered us red pepper flakes from an empty bottle. Literally 2 pepper flakes were left inside. We didn’t want red pepper flakes but it made us laugh. Then he went missing and didn’t check on us again. And they were not short staffed. At least 4 or 5 other servers taking good care of their tables. It seemed to just be us.
The waitress was doing the best she could, but very understaffed...our drink order was completely wrong and our food came out at different times...I might would give them another shot because the food was ok...
Lunch with daughter. Very accommodating in getting extra person to table in sold out condition. Only glitch was confusion in beers. Got the wrong ones. Drank them anyway!! Small problem in World Series crowd.
As usual, a great place to go for brunch or dinner. This time was a late brunch. The food and ambiance is fantastic with tourists and locals alike. The SO enjoys the mixed cocktails and appreciates how the servers are interested in your total dining experience, the food part, and not just constantly asking if you want another drink. If you know what I’m referring too, the you’ve been to enough other downtown restaurants where that seems the focus.
The staff is always amazing and does the little things. It also doesn’t go unnoticed how the waitstaff help one another even if it’s not their table. If a server was walking by, they saw the empty fish and offered to remove it. Something small, yes, but makes a huge difference.
I’m partial to their pizzas, but with so many great options, only have them on about every third visit.
Great food and cocktails. We had a hightop in the bar area, great vibe. Perfect menu for a shareable dinner with friends. Had a great time before heading to the Luke Combs concert at Toyota Center !
Our server was not very attentive. She would kinda disappear :( but when she was at the table, she was nice. Food was delish.
Pre ballgame meal. Very loud. Very hectic crowded and disconnected. But the food is superb. Don’t valet park during the playoffs when they close streets for the pregame stuff. Game was over 1114 pm. We got our car from valet @!1220. Home at 130 am
Stayed across the street and needed a quick place to have brunch with my sister before leaving town. It was great location and the food was amazing. We were able to catch up and celebrate her as she deserved.
Great place prior to activities downtown -- awesome service and menu options.
Service was not good at all. Food was delicious.
Pre Astros game lunch. First time there & very impressed with food, drink & atmosphere!
The ambience was so perfect. We went for brunch and sat at the high tops and had view of the TVs. They were so kind and switched the channel to the games we wanted to watch. We ordered the pastry board. It was perfect for sharing and sweet muffins and croissant (I particularly enjoyed the honey butter). I recommend it highly for brunch.
We thought the service was ok. I got my salad before the appetizer. Drink order was wrong. Calamari was more batter than calamari. Pasta dishes were ok.
We love the food here, and we are also charmed by the decor. A fun downtown place!
Great! Brunch was good and service was great
Staff was very friendly. Service and food was great. I will be returning with more friends next time.
We had reservations for 6:45. We arrived at 6:48, and we had to wait for our table to be set up even though there were multiple empty tables already set up. After we were seated we waited 15 minutes before a wait person cam to our table. Food service slow and chaotic. Twice we were brought first course dishes after we had eaten ours and once while we were finishing our second course.
Food was good and we enjoyed the gluten-free Italian cheesecake.
We were seated close to the kitchen and the chef's yelling was not pleasant at all. The food was good, but the server forgot to put our order in so we had to wait for over an hour to get it.
Went for restaurant week but ended up ordering off the menu. Margarita pizza had way too much cheese on it and was a small for dinner size. Ribeye was the most expensive thing but was greasy and the fries were under cooked. Overall, not impressed for a date night dinner spot. Fine if you’re going to a stros game but not for dinner.
Pizza was amazing and meatballs were out of this world. Delish sauce!!
First time dinning here. We take advantage of HRW - Brunch Menu. A great deal for only $20 and to support a very worth cause, Houston Food Bank. Our server, Cooper was very pleasant and all of the other staff who assisted him. I absolutely loved my first course, the polenta!
My only complaint was that the wait staff/servers were not wearing masks. And while I know there is not mask mandate in Texas, I think it would just help all patrons feel safer if service providers would mask up. What would be the harm? Nothing!
It was a fun and lighthearted time. Food was great and staff was on point.
Really enjoyed the HRW menu. Service was great. The pulled pork sandwich was a mouthful of flavor.
Calamari was small in size and portion, very underwhelming.
Excellent food and service
I met a friend for brunch and I would
definitely go back. The hostess was sweet and seated me immediately. My
waitress was also very sweet and attentive as I waited for my friend. The pastry board was a little disappointing, the pastries tasted refrigerated and not homemade. Banana Nut Bread French Toast was a real treat. Would love to try the lunch and dinner menu.
I did not care for this place at all. The person that brought our waters were rude. I ordered the corn ravioli and it was hard on the edges, only came with three raviolis and the server told me it came with a mushroom sauce and there were no mushrooms on the plate at all. Drinks were ok, small martinis. Will not go back.
We waited 30 minutes for two appetizers, I think our waitress forgot to ring them up. She then charged the check from the table next to us to our cc. No manager came to apologize or explain. Overall very disappointing.
The food was excellent. And the service was the best.
The food was amazing, and we love the place. Excellent service
We had a great time! We had a great time but be sure to plan ahead of you’re going to an Astros game because they will be packed.
With a reservation there is very minimal wait time before a game. Awesome location, delicious food and excellent service. Extremely busy, but they kept things running very smoothly. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Osso & Kristalla.
Great service and awesome food.
Terrible greasy food. Do not eat here
Awesome restaurant by the stadium, good service, good food and very nice Deco.
Had a fun time with my girlfriends for brunch. Our server, Aaron G., was wonderful and service was excellent. The drinks were great. The food didn’t bowl me over - it was good but I expected outstanding from the reviews I’d seen. We’ll return for cocktails and the ambiance!
