   We had various teriyaki dinners and the beef and chicken were very dry. I only ate about half. Sushi and maki were mediocre at best, particularly for a sushi lover like myself. It was incredibly noisy because of the hibachi tables. I think the restaurant might be fine for young people but not for older folks like me. This was my second visit here and neither time was food to my liking

   Had a reservation for Hibachi on Valentine’s dinner. They definitely overbooked and we had to wait 25 minutes for a table, some people had an earlier reservation, were there for longer and had to wait almost an hour. I knew it was a busy night but the Hibachi dinner/performance was incredibly rushed, and the food was average - many of us asked for a “medium rare steak and it came out well done. Had a lot of high hopes for this restaurant but sadly the ratings are very misleading. Will not be recommending this place.

   They over booked reservations . With 7 pm Reservations’s, we still had to wait outside for 45 minutes. People were cutting the line it was a free-for-all. I’m Inside was loud, cold and the food was average. I will NEVER go there again.

   Reservations at Osaka are meaningless. I had a reservation for 2 at 6:30pm and arrived to see a long line out the door... dozens of people who had made reservations and had no space to get in. Clearly, Osaka placed no limit on the number of reservations that they were willing to accept. The host, would not acknowledge that people had reservations associated with names and was just announcing available tables (e.g., "2 for hibachi") to whoever would jump forward first. People with reservations had been waiting for more than 45 minutes. The food might be fine, but this restaurant should not be taking reservations. They are not organized to handle advances reservations, so plan your dining elsewhere.

   Great food and service. Cocktails were a little too sweet even when asked for less sweetness but still good. Restaurant run efficiently.

   We had a party of 8 to celebrate my daughter’s b-day. a couple people, had never had habachi. Everyone enjoyed the food & had a good time. We will be back! We also had a couple people in our party, who decided to order sushi. It looked great. I dined here 1 other time, as well.

   I know it was New Year’s Eve. However - they clearly had a reservation meltdown. The host was trying to use a pile of sticky notes to figure out who had reservations. Many people (including myself) weren’t on his magic pile of yellow sticky notes. We did finally get seated, and the waitress was very good. Management was definitely underwhelming. The manager kept (needlessly) directing the overworked wait staff to tables, and stood there not actually helping out. Food was serviceable.

   Always amazing, the food is great!!! Wonderful people and the hibachi chefs are entertaining.
