   Puerto Rican cuisine taken to another level. The service, food and the attention we receive from chef Carlos and his staff was amazing. We are going back this week with other friends.

   The service and the food was a great experience. For me this is the only fine restaurant experience in Caguas. Highly recommended.

   Orujo is an unique experience. I've been there on several occasions since they opened. Every single one of my visits have been extraordinary. Its like being inside a Master Chef episode and be able to watch, smell, and finally taste and eat all the marvelous delicious surprises that Chef Portela and his awesome crew painstakingly prepare. More than fine dining it is a gastronomic reeducation. For me, Orujo's proposal is part of the culinary manifesto that "tears down the walls" of the predictable international and globalized á la carte concept, and they are Superb at this. Couple last pointers, Don't come in a rush. Dress comfy and if you are Vegetarian you are in for a feast. Enjoy!

   This was truly a blend between a luxury fine dining experience and simply, an old fashioned good time. Describing the owner as personable is simply an understatement. The level of personalized customer service is unparalleled, even in fine dining circles. The true mission and passion behind the cuisine shows through each course. I highly recommend this restaurant!

   We had an amazing anniversary dinner experience! The Orujo team made our evening an amazing one...Food was excellent, wine pairing was great, and the service was really good. Will definitely be back!

   Excellent experience! Like having a private tasting at your house with your friend and Chef! Great to have Carlos at your side explaining all of the courses and the wines. And nothing pretentious, you can walk in in your shorts. He is a great Chef and he makes you fell like a friend .

   Incredible 23 course meal with wine pairing. Five hours of eating and drinking with friends. Each course is unique and made with many local ingredients. There are smaller course pairings, but we were feeling adventurous and hungry. Perfect wine pairings and quantity. The small plate courses allowed us to try so many different sauces, meats, vegetables and preparation methods. Fabulous food, and difficult to rank all of the courses. Family owned and operated for some boutique dining experience.
