   Great service, ambiance, music, but the food could be better. For the price, you’d expect better food; short rib was dry and gnocchi sauce was heavy.

   Very small menu…. The server Was great as well as the ambiance. Music was great but just a little to loud. Hard to hear each other. A little pricey for the quality and quantity of the food

   Starting on a positive note, the ambiance and service at the restaurant were exceptional. The elegant South Beach vibe, enchanting patio, and knowledgeable server created an ambiance . The food presentation was truly Instagram-worthy, with bright accents of edible flowers carefully plated, and the drinks were expertly crafted. However, moving on to the negative aspects, despite the beautiful presentation, the food quality was disappointing. None of the six of us had a satisfying meal. While the appetizers were mediocre, the dinner fell short of expectations. The evening took a turn when one individual at our table became intoxicated, leading to a slightly loud disruption. As a result, we decided to end the dinner early without ordering coffee or dessert. Unfortunately, the intoxicated person accidentally dropped a split of champagne from their bag leftover from the train ride , further adding to the situation. Regrettably, the manager's handling of the incident was the low point of the evening. In addressing the situation, the manager chose to publicly confront a guest who was not involved in the initial incident. This unnecessary public embarrassment caused distress and tears, tarnishing what was supposed to be a celebratory birthday gathering. The lack of tact and professionalism displayed by the manager was highly disappointing and marred the overall experience. In conclusion, while the restaurant showed promise in certain aspects, the management's handling of the situation left much to be desired. It is evident that improvements in diplomacy and customer relations are necessary for a more positive dining experience for all patrons. #CustomerService #RestaurantExperience

   Amazing everything!!! A little loud as some tables were located very close to speakers but other than that, absolutely AMAZING!!!

   Outstanding! A very classy yet relaxed setting. Service was impeccable and the food was marvelous! We have dined at many upscale restaurants in Miami, Oro is in the top 10!

   Went to Oro Miami last night, and honestly, the food was mid for the price you pay. Not to mention the portion sizes were extremely small I left a bit hungry. Was really excited to go there but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll go back. Don’t get me wrong ambience is really good, aesthetically pleasing Our server wasn’t really paying attention to us. When asked for the check he stood there with his coworker chatting instead of bringing the check to us.

   Beautiful decor, delicious food and overall nice experience. It was a quiet Tuesday night. David the bartender was very personal and professional. Originally we sat inside near the outside area but had to move because the noise from the above air conditioner was too loud. Will definitely return during a weekend night for the live entertainment.

   My experience at Oro was good however with the price point i expected better. Took about 10 minutes for someone to come over once the server made it over he was very nice and explained menu in detail. Drinks took a while to make it to table. Food was great. Towards the end of our meal the staff dropped a tray of glass. Some getting on our table and a small piece in my hand. I was told we would get a dessert for the inconvenience but it never came. Entertainment felt like I was at karaoke however the DJ was great. Overall my experience was fine but I will not be returning with so many other options in Miami.
