Consistently Outstanding Experience at Oro on Lincoln Road Oro has become one of our go-to spots on Lincoln Road—and for good reason. The service is always attentive and professional, making every visit feel special. The ambiance is truly exceptional, with a stylish, upscale vibe that adds to the overall experience. The food and drinks are consistently great. While the prices are on the higher side, the value is definitely there. What sets Oro apart is the entertainment: they regularly feature a beautiful live singer who elevates the atmosphere, and on occasion, a ballerina performance that adds a magical touch. We’d love to see more of that! All in all, Oro offers an unforgettable dining experience, and we absolutely love this place.

Ambience was nice, food was good, but service was horrible. Spent the first 20 minutes wondering who our waiter was and finally we called a young gentleman over who turned out to be in charge of our table. Did not introduce himself or anything. Proceeded to take forever to bring us the bill and then forever to collect payment. We were a party of 8 and he initially told us he was unable to allocate dishes accordingly to each pair in 4 separate tabs. He told us he was only able to split the total by 4. After further questioning he obliged to allocate each dish to each pair accordingly. This confirmed that he was able to do this the whole time but was just too lazy to do it. On top of that they charge you a mandatory 22% SERVICE CHARGE (giving servers no incentive since they know it’s automatically added to the bill) and charge you 3% MORE if you use a credit card to “offset costs” that the RESTAURANT is actually responsible for through their agreement with the service provider. Absolute joke, nice restaurant but not worth it and will not be going back.

Food was cold. My family barely ate. They ran out of croquettes, salmon and the main dessert (of the things we ordered). They messed up and brought one of our main courses almost 45 mins after the rest of the table. Honestly horrible…. And $1500 for 8 adults & 2 kids is ridiculous. I am used to high end eating, I eat out every weekend, there are so many places much better for the value than this. Only good thing about this place is the ambiance and the the decor, which can EASY be achieved at many other Miami high end restaurants with actual good food. I’m very disappointed.

The food was amazing, maybe the best food experience we have ever had. Hats off to the chef and kitchen staff, all of you are second to none and I mean that. Ambiance was also excellent. The service is another story. Absolutely god awful. Took 25 minutes to speak with our waiter for the first time, 45 minutes to receive our first drinks, and didn’t see him again until our check was dropped off while still eating appetizers. This was supposed to be a birthday celebration and the waiter ruined the evening. No dinner or birthday dessert was even ordered or asked for, even though it was discussed with the waiter. We decided to leave when the check was unexpectedly dropped on our table with 1/2 bottle of wine left, while eating appetizers. If the food wasn’t so amazing, this would have been a 1 star experience. Unfortunately for us, service and food quality go hand in hand. When you spend $460 on 2 drinks, a bottle of wine, and 2 appetizers, you expect good service. This was our 1st, and last visit to Oro.

Food was not good. Entertainment was bad with bad sound. The place was very loud. The drinks were all weak. I will not return.
