    Warm welcome by the waiter, nice atmosphere and surroundings. We both had salt cod croquettes and sea trout as main. Both dishes really tasty and well presented. The young waitress was super friendly and very attentive which was a lovely touch. It was our first time here but we will definitely return,

    Timely response to answerphone message asking to my extend booking by 1 extra cover. All the dishes were very tasty and excellent value. Locally sourced and beautifully presented.

    We’ve been here a few times for dinner and it’s the best food in Lindfield and Haywards Heath by far. Delicious food, well presented with the starters l, mains and desserts all hitting the mark. James and the staff are polite and attentive Highly recommend the restaurant

    Dinner was delicious and the service was faultless. Very informal but perhaps some table runners/table cloths would help to make it feel more special?

    4 of us enjoyed a fantastic meal on a fully booked Friday night. Service was attentive and friendly and the food delicious - a small seasonal menu and beautifully executed. This will quickly become a village favourite for many - congratulations !

    What a fabulous new addition to the local dining scene! An innovative, creative menu, served in an intimate & stylish space, and with properly charming service. An asset for Lindfield, but well worth seeking out from further afield.
