Owned and operated by the talented Head Chef Ian Brunsdon, who has over 15 years experience in hospitality, and his wife Ellen, our restaurant combines kitchen artistry with a warm, welcoming ambiance. Excellent Sunday Roast, will definitely be back. Music was a bit loud perhaps but that is just personal choice.

Sitting up at the pass we enjoyed fantastic food and had the pleasure of watching the fine art and skill's of Ian his chefs and support team. I would highly recommend this restaurant and we will be back again for more fine dining soon. Big Thank you to Ian for the welcoming experience and the same goes to your very professional team.

Fantastic to have a decent restaurant to eat in in lindfield. A really lovely meal with perfect service. The only request I would have is for a much greater selection of wines

We sat at the Chef’s Kitchen area - met Ian the owner and chef and loved every bite of food and getting to know about Orla. We will DEFINITELY be back THANK YOU

2nd visit in a week and the food was even better than the first visit ,if that's possible. Service is really friendly, and staff are happy to offer recommendations when asked. Food was beautifully presented and every mouthful was really tasty. Three courses , (we shared the cheese) plus a bottle of wine and with the service charge we chose to add was still only £65 a head

The main course was really tasty and well prepared, and we felt relatively good value. The desserts were quite honestly disappointing and very overpriced. We had quite basic drinks, and when the tip was added, the final bill came to over £100. I really don’t feel this was good value for money, and we both said that there were better options in Lindfield and that we wouldn’t be returning to Orla.

The most perfect experience. Outstanding food and service. Chef Ian was so lovely and welcoming. Lindfield really needed this! We’ll be back.

The food was delicious and great value for money. We sat at the pass and would recommend it, had a great view and great interaction with the staff. Orla has a classy, but relaxed feel. The quality and presentation of the food is excellent. The village has been waiting for a restaurant like this and finally has one! Looking forward to our next visit.

Warm welcome by the waiter, nice atmosphere and surroundings. We both had salt cod croquettes and sea trout as main. Both dishes really tasty and well presented. The young waitress was super friendly and very attentive which was a lovely touch. It was our first time here but we will definitely return,

Timely response to answerphone message asking to my extend booking by 1 extra cover. All the dishes were very tasty and excellent value. Locally sourced and beautifully presented.
