Great food! Many interesting options, highly recommend.
Variety of great tap choices. Harvest salad was perfect combination. And if you haven't had the Bee's knees, stop in just for this special sandwich.
Great scratch kitchen with an excellent tap list and nice dining atmosphere. Will definitely visit again!!
Burger and chicken sandwich are some of the best in Phx! Highly recommend!
The food was hit & miss for us. The mussels were amaaaazing! The chicken sandwich was kinda meh. I was also kind of dismayed at how the Aperol Spritz's were served in tall skinny glasses that made them difficult to drink & the portion smaller than I've had at other places for less $. I will definitely be back to try more things, as the service was super friendly & fast & the front patio is perfect this time of year.
Really good food! Great find for a casual dinner. Lots of beer choices and a decent wine list.
It was a great experience over all! I loved it. Everything was great!
Found a new place via open table. Good micro brew selection. Interesting iced tea flavor, and the food was good. They have a pet fee patio, so I will be bringing the wife back here. I would suspect this is a neighborhood gem.
I love this place. Fantastic food and fantastic staff. Love this place!!
They had $10/pints of a 6% ipa so that was shocking. I’ve never seen even rare one off releases priced so high.
Absolutely terrible in every way. Arrived and were seated ten minutes before the bartender dropped off menus and left us. Another ten minutes without even being offered water, we left.
Wonderful little place hidden off 12th street. All food made from scratch. Delicious cauliflower. Yummy dressings. Full bar. A great find.
Awesome spot! Great staff. Food and drinks also very tasty.
It was very noisy.
Come out, come out, wherever you are! 🏳️🌈
My wife and I came here last weekend and could not help but notice that this place serves up the L of LGBT! We were psyched because we just moved from LA and were looking for gay-friendly or gay-owned businesses to make our local hangouts. But to find a Lesbian-friendly, lesbian owned place is like finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! Alleluia!! Atmosphere was great and they had a great acoustic singer for some live that tunes. The food was good. I had a salad with fried goat cheese and it was so incredible. My wife had the frites and she liked it but felt the fries were too salty and the meat was not her favorite. But overall we had a really good meal and are interested in trying other items. The beer selection was amazing. Also they have great specials, like $5 mimosas, which I loved. We will be back!
Sorry, wanted to like this restaurant, but simply didn’t. My complaint is with the food. I ordered Brussels sprouts for the table and they arrived a long time later and were very cold. My friend has the kebabs and was served 4 small pieces of beef on an ocean of white rice. My lentil soup was cold and was a small serving of soup topped by an overwhelming amount of burnt croutons. Probably won’t return. Hope it was just an off night for you.
It was really good, good food, good service. I would differently go back.
Great place to meet up with friends or co-workers for a summer sloshie! I had the Elvis and it was delicious & refreshing. My sandwich on noble bread was fantastic. Will definitely go back!
Unique menu and great food. Drink menu is a good mix of beer and wine with some limited cocktails as well. Only drawback was parking which can be a pain. Have been here for lunch and happy hour with both times being great.
we have only been here a handful of time, but always have enjoyed ourselves. we expect to make this a more frequent stop.
I enjoyed the minimalist decor and friendly atmosphere. It was my second time going and would definitely return to try more dishes and unique beers. I tried my wife's portobello burger - delish. Everything we ate, was really good. Service was friendly.
This restaurant is a bit hard to find. Luckily friends clued me in about it. I've now tried it twice and and have put it on my "favorites in Phoenix list".
The menu is small but fun and covers literally everything from vegetarian options to sandwiches any carnivore would love. We had chicken fried cauliflower as an appetizer. I had their signature "house" salad. It had dried cherries, little medallians of toasted chevre cheese, pepitas all draped in a lovely vinaigrette. My friend had drizzle chicken and beef on Weck. For desert there is pie or Beignets.
There is a full bar with a thoughtful wine list and wall full of craft beers on tap. Entres and drinks are all very reasonably priced. Find this place fast....before everyone else does.
It was loud because there was a band but it's a cute little place. Food was great. Drinks were a little weak. Service not so great but only because the place was packed. Should have been more staffed for waitresses.
This place is great. Great service and great chef. The chef Derrick came out to greet us and talked about his touch on certain menu items. He also told us about some experimental items in the making.
Pretty good place
Absolutely delightful in every way. The food was outstanding, beer and wine a full array and variety, with exceptional service. Will definitely come back!!
Wish I could say I liked it. Reservations were definitely not needed.
overall good experience... Food was tasty and well presented. Will go back.
So doing a search on OpenTable lead us to original gravity… Which as it turned out happened to be two blocks up the street from the hotel we were staying at… How convenient is that! This is a new restaurant which we were not familiar with but based on what appeared to be a very appealing menu we decided to give it a try. The ambience of the restaurant is interesting walking in…Sort of a mix between modern, industrial and sports bar. I have to admit I was not entirely sure of what to make of the vibe when we walked in, however the server came over immediately and was very attentive to us and as soon as our first course came out which was the pretzels and dip appetizer we both realize we found yet another Phoenix dining gem! And it only got better from there… The steak frites and the “Bees Knees” were both homerun winners… The steak and the clarified butter sauce were beyond fantastic, the Parmesan fries were delicious and the maple glazed chicken sandwich and salad were outstanding… Definitely a casual neighborhood place I would highly recommend and return to in the future, especially given the extremely reasonable price points for incredibly delicious and well prepared food!
Great happy hour menu - and the main entree selections will satisfy and delight. Go experience this place!
Wow! What incredible Taste. I’m salivating again just remembering the meal. This place has become a quick favorite.
A hidden gem. Cool vibe, great food, fantastic beer selection, freindly staff, dog freindly patio.
Second visit. The chef’s attention to each dish and the rich, saturated flavors are divine. Get here soon and enjoy.
Brought my friend for his 60th Birthday. To make a long story short it took us over 45min to get our appetizers. Waiter was also the bartender. He was nice but kept telling us it's a scratch kitchen and the cook was new and only him in the kitchen. (there were other waitresses not doing anything and could've helped in the kitchen) Other parties were getting their food before us who had set down after us. So we told him when we did get our appetizers if our main dishes had not been started to cancel the order. He came back and told us that he had not started it. Very disappointing! So we paid our bill for appetizers and we left and went to Zinburger and had a great meal. The other bad part was one of the gentleman in our party is a food reviewer. Not a good night for them.
Had a great time at the OG. I loved the decor and service. Beer and wine selection from locals is a nice touch.
Love this place
Nice place with good lighting and feel.
Came for drinks and a bite. The staff was small but friendly and knowledgeable.
Started off with the harvest salad. Ample portion and flavorful.
Had the American burger and my date had the chicken sandwich.
The American burger was quite good and really liked the pickles that were excellent and burger was cooked to order.
The chicken sandwich was good. Was sweet maybe a bit too sweet. Had a maple syrup flavor. Tasty but sweet.
The fries were spot on. Crunchy exterior with soft interior.
The beer was very good. I had a Sublime Mexican lager. Went well with the burger.
The ambiance was excellent and could have a conversation, but good music playing in the background.
Nice place with great pub food. I enjoyed the beef on wic and my wife enjoyed the grilled cheese.
