   Outstanding customer service from Tesa! The food was was absolutely delicious and the music and cocktails on point. Highly recommended!

   The ambience was nice and different. Our server was sweet. Execution of food/service help. We had menus on our table with no water and servers were being food to us for another table. Know where you are headed when you leave the kitchen! Drinks came out supper slow and our appetizer came out during our meal ( queso). Food was decent but the bill blew my mind. My daughter’s pasta was too spicy (server offered other options) and then the staff proceeded to eat her dish at the side bar where we could see them which is unprofessional. It has promise with some adjustments

   Disappointing service at what appears to be a wanna be higher end restaurant. Starting with the checkin, we really struggled to find the entrance. There isn’t any signage directing you towards the front door. We came in through the patio and were quickly told we were not in the correct place. It wasn’t just us but other customers too. When we were seated, the hostess told us our table was the one directly in front of everyone standing waiting to be seated. I asked her if we could be seated somewhere away from the patrons hovering for a table and she didn’t appear happy with that request. Mind you, we had reservations. I tried to explain why and she rudely cut me off and walked away. She sat us in this tucked away area next to the bathrooms so we had patrons walking up and down our table aisle during the 1.5 hours we were there. Felt like that was our punishment for asking to move. The server never introduced himself. He appeared to us as the water “boy”, as he said very little when he was filling our glasses with water. He left and didn’t come back for 15 or so minutes which left us wondering if we were waiting on our actual server. We had to ask another server if he was our server or if there was someone else that was helping us. It was very confusing and it took over 30 minutes to place an order. There was definitely a language barrier between us and the server. We didn’t order guacamole, but somehow we were given it. He offered it, and after realizing it didn’t come as a complimentary offering we said no. Yet somehow we ended up with it. Our server was MIA most of our visit. We asked for drink refills and it took over 15 minutes to get our empty glasses replenished (during our meal). It seemed the server was really struggling keep up with all his tables. Overall I expected better service for the prices that we paid. The atmosphere is cool, but nowhere in the restaurant does it explain why there is so much wood everywhere. No back story, nothing.

   Food was excellent. The problem was the service. I am not sure if it was due to a language barrier but she messed up every course. Ordered us two salads when we wanted 1. Brought the wrong wine. Missed two of our sides, we never received one at all. We asked for the dessert menu and she never came back. Possibly it was hard for her to hear due to the music. Sadly, she never apologized or acknowledged the mistakes.

   Our 8pm reservation turned into a 40 minute wait for our table. They were out of a couple things, service was kinda slow probably due to how busy they were but impacted the experience. Overall food, customer service and atmosphere was good. Live music on Friday and Saturday nights is a huge plus. Music was perfect as far as sound and song choice goes. I’d go back

   The night we went it was not the best service but that being said I will go back on a night that is not prom night. There were two large parties of prom goers each had at least twelve persons. It was an odd night but the food was delicious. We will go back and give it another try. Our server was great but had his hands full with those tables.

   Very different for a Mexican place. Great atmosphere. Drinks are a little pricy but there's always happy hour!

   Service was terrible. We waited for a couple months after opening hoping that the bugs had been worked out. We only saw our server a couple times in about 2 hours. Our salad and steak main course came out at the same time - it was odd for a $200 dinner. The steak was delicious. The salad was grilled (or at least had grill marks) making it taste kinda odd. We didn’t eat much of it. The Brie cheese appetizer also had a grilled taste. There were some type of meat shavings on top, which took away from the Brie flavor. The margarita was really good. We won’t return, but the ambiance is beautiful.

    Decided to stay local for dinner this time. Normally we go to Steak 44 and thought staying in Gilbert would be nice. My chair had a broken armrest which was not good. Our reservation was for 6 pm on a Friday and they were out of the catch of the day and out of Picanha. How can you be out of two of your most popular things for a 6 PM seating on a Friday night? All the food was bland and needed salt, and there was no salt or pepper on our table. The only good thing was our waitress was very attentive, but she seemed to be overworked and it will take a long time for two different things we ordered to be served. Overall, very disappointed and will never come back. Save your money and time and go to a nicer steakhouse like Steak 44.
