   I've been going to Orelle about every 9-12 months since it opened for personal celebrations and business meals. I have always enjoyed it and been able to favourably compare it to fine dining in London. I have reviewed it as such in the past. Last night a few things were lacking, from our bread - to nibble- being forgotten and not being available before our starters, to the flambé dessert being splashed on me and setting the rest of the dish alight, it wasn't the same attention to detail I've come to otherwise enjoy. In the past the bread was freshly baked, coming in small individual loaves, the butter was more substantial (it was too light like whipped cream), and the meals were well balanced. The salmon was excessively salty, and the chips a bit too dry. The Rum Baba dessert was served very clumsily with the alight rum splashing onto my arm, and around the dish and the flambé setting the honeycomb on fire, causing smoke and the after effects of burning. It was my daughter's 16th birthday celebration and she's always embarrassed when we raise issues, so I didn't do so there and then, but I am sure the team were aware of the mishaps on our table last night. So, disappointing, and I'll be thinking twice about whether to return if this is the direction of travel in Orelle's journey. All in, our meal was nearly £500 for 4 people.

   Good. I hope in the future it’s less waiters being too intrusive and allowing customers to breath.

   Really nice venue with amazing food , the menu was a little limited but quality was top drawer

   Lovely restaurant and food was great with amazing views all staff very polite and professional. Tables are by the windows so you see Lovely views of the city
