Oregon Club is a historic restaurant that serves contemporary American dishes. It was originally founded in 1922 as The Briasco Inn, a speakeasy that served only spaghetti and steak to neighborhood frequenters. After the abolition of prohibition in 1933, the inn was renamed as Oregon Club, which continues to serve the area today. The restaurant opens at 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and reservations are recommended. Try a popular appetizer to start with, including sautéed calamari, smoked pork belly, mussels dijonnaise or the watermelon salad with feta cheese, red onions, cucumbers, mint and balsamic vinaigrette. The menu at Oregon Club offers a variety of entrees for your main course. Choose from dishes like herbed veal and mushroom risotto, the signature Oregon “Club Steak” featuring an 8-oz prime sirloin or the house favorite, gorgonzola meatloaf served with mashed potatoes, veggies and brown gravy.

Just Great! The food, the ambiance, histy, service, location, outdoor patio and fire pit- hard to get better than this Ashland local landmark right in the middle of a residential area.
