The property is gorgeous. Loved the modern decor in the restaurant and great music playlist. The food was outstanding. You have to try the bacon and the various accompaniments. We had children with us and they flipped out over the cotton candy, cake pop dessert. Our waiter, on July 5, was outstanding. He was so attentive, made great suggestions, checked in to see if all was well with our food and clearly wanted us to be happy and enjoy out time there. He asked if the children wanted to watch how the cotton candy/cake-pop dessert was made and let them choose the color! I think his name was Avril or April. At one point he even danced over to the table as my granddaughter responded in kind from her chair. It was just heartwarming. He gets an A+

For all the hype about this famous chef's Orchard Park, I was disappointed with the food. My Pork Milanese was overdone and in fact, so crispy, it was difficult to cut. The server was gracious, agreed with me and brought out a second one, which was just OK, hardly of the caliber one would expect from this restaurant. The appropriate action was taken, and the entre was removed from my bill. The restaurant is pretty and atmosphere is great. The bar area is beautiful. Unfortunately, I think it's over rated and not the best value.

Meal wasn’t as good as on prior visits. Drinks were good but had to wait quite some time for them. For the amount of money I spent for four people it should have been excellent and it was not!

Our server Rob was fantastic, very attentive, very friendly and patient with our group of 8. The food was delicious, great steaks and who doesn’t love the clothesline bacon?!! This is a great restaurant for any celebration.

The food quality was pretty poor. Popovers were dry and dense not freshly made, tasted stale and dry. The Avocado toast was mediocre at best.
