Asked to sit outside which was next to the building’s wall and poorly lit. Service for drinks was 30 minutes, dinner over an hour+ to serve, had to ask for candle to see our food. They overbooked and seem overwhelmed.

The ambiance is nice, service was great, but the food was awful. I ordered the confit chicken. The chicken was dry like jerky, and tasted like the chef dumped a bottle of seasoning on it. The mashed potatoes were cold. We also ordered the perch. The dill tartar sauce was overpowering with no other tartar sauce. It was unfortunate the meal was so bad because this is a cute place.

I’ll never go back. Food was horrible You can tell it is cooked without love. And basically the server gave a sad story on how broke she is. Hoping for a good tip. Not a way I want to spend my Sunday morning.

Server was rude and ignored our table For a larger table - larger tip. So loud we couldn’t even talk to each other. Waited over 30 min just for drinks over an hour for food. Tables so close 2 of our party were continuously bumped into by the other patrons and servers. Food was good but not enough to compensate for all the negatives! For the price this is not at all acceptable

Soooo good! Loved the rosemary bread. We enjoyed the perch and chicken entrees. Everything was perfectly seasoned and so fresh. Server was lovely. Great wine selection.

We asked for an outside table, but there were none available. ( very small area ). Inside was loud. Our salads came with our food. We sent the dinners back until we were ready. 2 of us got the special which was Mahi Mahi and it was bland. Ceasar salad had very little dressing. Not a very good Birthday dinner for our friend.

We went to Orchard for the first time for my husbands birthday. We were very happy with our experience. The server was very attentive and professional. The cocktails were delicious and the food was exceptional. We will definitely be back!

Perfect date night spot for travelers. Menu is not to big but just small enough with amazing options that will make it hard to decide what to eat and drink. Great knowledgeable service, atmosphere, and plates. Will return if/when I am in the area in the future.

9 of us had dinner Wednesday night, server Jackie was very upbeat and professional. All dinners were exceptional. My Pork Chop was the best I have every had. 14 oz bone in had to share with friends because it was that good. Desperately waiting for their expansion to be completed.

Huge mistake going on a Friday evening. Arrived ahead of our 6:30 reservation and found no parking available in their lot, so had to use their valet. Then saw my special high end vehicle parked in a field behind the restaurant (after two days of heavy rain). Upon entering the restaurant, we were bombarded with a level of noise rivaling a rock concert. We could not hear our server and she could not hear us without shouting. The food was quite good, but our experience was marred by the noise and the parking.

Superb food and drinks. Very attentive service. What came on the plate was exactly as described on the menu. The five of us in the party all got different items and each person was extremely pleased about their meal. We have dined here once in the past and it was so nice to see the level of excellence continues, we will be back.

My wife and I were celebrating our 57th wedding anniversary. My wife had scallops and I had perch. Both dinner were great. The restaurant bought has dessert. We thank the restaurant and the server for making our evening most enjoyable.

While the food was very good as well as the service, It was very off-putting to be charged a service fee---'A 2.5% Service Fee is applied to all transactions, which allows us to pay a fair-living wage to our employees during inflationary times,". This was added before taxes and before tip--so basically we were taxed on the 2.5% as well.. I thought the customer's tip was to reward the server based on performance. And with the rather high prices of menu items, I find it hard to believe the restaurant was struggling to fund good employees. I would like to know if the restaurant actually gave the employees the money or might we call this a 'greed' fee"........

This is a good restaurant, however, they have always been too noisy in the inside dining areas and this completely disrupts the dining experience. They could definitely use the sound boards on the ceilings like other restaurants use to bring down the noise levels. If you have any hearing issues you may want to rethink going there…We will try to continue go to the outside orchard stand, however, the food is also very good and since you are outside you can hear each other talking and listen to some great music

The food was absolutely fantastic and well presented. Our waiter, Peter, was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the items on the menus. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The only critique is that is was so loud in there we couldn’t Harold hear each other. If possible finding a way to make the dining room bigger would be a great advantage.

The food was, and always is outstanding. As with most restaurants these days, prices have increased significantly, plus they now charge a "service fee" on top of everything else. Nice for a special night out.

I’ve been dining at Orchard for over 3years and have never been disappointed. This year was for my significant other’s birthday. We have dined here other times but our server gave her special attention. Thank you Brandy G for making Kathy’s birthday dinner truly special. From beginning to end all was perfect.

The food and service were excellent. However, the evening we were there, they had live music and we had a loud party table next to us that made it almost impossible to have a conversation across the table. The venue is too small to have live music in the accompanying bar space.
