   The ambiance and staff were awesome! However, we were disappointed in some of the entrees on this visit. The steaks were over-done and the “chef’s choice” rib eye was cut too thinly to be prepared medium rare as ordered. Also, the soup was just warm. Regardless, we love Orchard and will definitely be back.

   The food and ambiance were fantastic. However, the service was a bit on the slow side, and the server was not personable at all. I would have expected better service. The hostess stand seemed a bit chaotic, but the table they seated us at was ready and set when we arrived (15 minutes early for the reservation). We were not seated until 5 minutes after the reservation time, only because I checked in at the hostess stand. Maybe early season, working the bugs out, maybe not.

   Talk about overpriced and overrated. That was maybe a 5 dollar steak that cost over 60. The seasoning was horrible. One side tasted like lighter fluid and the other some funky seasoning that my stomach is still paying for. The asparagus was half raw and zero seasoning. Service was slow.

   We had a reservation however upon arrival the line was out the door. Although they have more than one parking lot there was no valet to ferry cars to an off site lot making drop off/pick up somewhat chaotic. When I reached the check-in desk I was seated immediately (very thankful) and service was attentive and efficient. An enjoyable charcuterie board was shared as an appetizer. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Making recommendations when asked. Worth the drive from anywhere. You won’t regret this

   loved my dinner surf and turf my fathers dinner with the scallops was awful and small!!! waitress had NO personality at all….. but she did do everything we asked which was nice

   Absolutely stunning venue. Food options are limited but really good, got 2 apps and entrees while there. It was all pretty good. Only thing that surprised us was a charge to bring our own cake in to celebrate a birthday. Would have been less surprised if we were warned when I called and mentioned it. Overall everyone was really nice and will probably go again in the future

    The service was really slow, we just had entrees and drinks and service took 2 hours. We also had 2 gluten allergies at our table and were given 2 gluten free menus, but when we went to order the clam chowder (which we were very excited about) we were told it wasn’t gluten free, even though it was labeled as such. The food was also very mediocre and it was so loud we could barely hear the people across our table. All in all I was very excited about this experience, but was sorely disappointed
