Great service, great food, amazing views, place is a little noisy, but great ambiance.
Great view of Orange County.
The food was ok I could’ve cooked the Chilean sea bass 3X better, I’ve got that same sweet chili sauce in my fridge. The rib eye is ok nice and tender.
Daughter’s job promotion
Terrific prime ribeye steak and shrimp cocktail. Cocktails were also delicious
This place is great has great food great service excellent views.
We were celebrating my son‘s 38th birthday. It turned out to be perfect. We have a table by the window, just at Sunset and was able to enjoy the lights orange county. The food was outstanding as usual. And it was so nice when they brought the extra dessert with the candle. This is the perfect place to celebrate a birthday
Amazing dinner to celebrate my wedding anniversary. Beautiful views over LA watching the sun go down. Server was amazing and the food was super delicious.
My wife and I went to Orange Hill for our 5th anniversary. Thanks to a gift card for $30, we each were able to enjoy a 3-course meal and a glass of wine for around $50 (before tip). For a fine dining experience with a view, that's very reasonable.
We were also surprised by a free dessert which said "Happy 5th Anniversary." Overall we had a lovely experience.
Great place with beautiful views. Veg our waiter was great !! Will be back again soon !!
This place is my "special occasion" place. Yes, this place is a bit pricey, but they do not kick you out for hanging out all day for brunch. The view is spectacular and I have never had a bad server. They are always so very nice and hospitable. Definitely coming back again.
Overall great time, the food was good. The only thing I will say was the service, it times took a long time to visit our table.
I would recommend the restaurant to a friend.
The food was good and the service was friendly.
Maybe they should advertise that Saturday afternoons they do not have a lunch menu, but more of a brunch menu because most of the items on the menu were breakfast and I wanted lunch.
Hosted a client and his wife to Orange Hill. She's been before, but he is new to the area, so he's never been. The view was amazing. We experienced a beautiful sunset and by the end of dinner, could see twinkling lights for miles. Simply awe inspiring.
Food service was excellent. Our servers knowledge of the menu and her recommendations were spot on. We got a bottle of Camus Cabernet and it was amazing. Steaks were prepared to perfection, as were the scallops and chilean seabass. I probably could have eaten a second helping of each, they were so delicious. I highly recommend the Lava Cake for dessert. If you like smores, you'll love this dessert. The toasted marshmallow is spectacular.
Time flew by with good company, beautiful ambiance, and great food. Our guests enjoyed the evening and plan on coming back soon.
It was fun and great views! Fireplace is awesome to keep warm on cold nights. Service is consistent and friendly. Food was really good but a tad pricey. It was a special occasion so I didn't mind that. I hope I can sit outside next time on nice weather.
The view was amazing, the food was very good. But those two things couldn't make up for the incredibly slow service. Took twenty minutes to get a glass of water and it went down hill from there. I would only recommend to those with a very high patience level or in no hurry for food/drink. Also, the bathroom was a mess. No toilet paper and trash spilling over. Disappointed.
Great food. Great view from the outdoor patio. Excellent service.
Valet staff was friendly followed by an incredibly hospitable host staff. The next part is where it fell apart. Your bartenders were inattentive. It's incredible that your front staff could be so on point only to be failed by the people who earn more off of being helpful and hospitable. So disappointed. Our server did do a good job for some recovery but your bartenders really screwed it up for the rest of your staff.
Food was ok however the atmosphere was very noisy my boyfriend kept getting bumped into as there was very loud banquet going on and it’s guest kept interrupting us as we ate by intruding during our meal to take pictures directly behind us as we ate outside on the patio. I also made it clear on the reservation that we were celebrating his birthday and no sort of recognition was made. I was very disappointed at the environment we couldn’t really enjoy the beautiful view because we kept being interrupted to the point we just wanted to leave and the server kept forgetting about us as we waited to take our food to go and for the bill which was even more insulting once she did arrive was when she offered the table directly next to us a complimentary dessert due to the constant disruptions but did not offer us anything especially knowing that we were there to celebrate his birthday and not only that but both tables were equally disrupted by the nonstop picture taking and loudness of their guest
The view is what you come here for. The food not that great for the price that you pay.
Superb view from most of the tables, great service - attentive, timely delivery of food, excellent cocktails (we tried 5 different ones), great seafood (lobster, seabags, shrimp appetizer), beef filet minion was a bit tough but good accompaniment sauce options, a bit pricey for regular dining but would recommend it for special occasions and first timers who will adore the view of OC & LA
I took my future wife to the Orange Hill to celebrate our 1-year anniversary. I have been to Orange Hill in the past for a few weddings, (with that in mind and my experience) I was expecting more. Sunday's brunch was a combination between a buffet and ordered items. The "Hot" food on the buffet was lukewarm to cold. The cold food was warm. The service was awesome and the view was breathtaking.
Sorry to say I will not be back for the brunch again. I feel I was generous in giving 2 stars, only because of the service and view.
I rather spend my money to drive to Las Vegas and eat at a cheap Casino's buffet. At lease the food would be hot.
Wonderful service and the view was spectacular! The food variety was better on previous visits but still a wonderful visit to Orange Hill.
Great restaurant with awesome customer service, I’ve been here three times in the last year and have been impressed with the food and friendliness of the staff.
We reserved thru Open table to celebrate ours and a friends Anniversary. Enjoyed our dining experience however, the hostess had us wait for approx 40 minutes to be seated. The waiting was the only bad thing about our evening.
I have called to report my car being hit in the VIP parking lot and im still waiting on a call back from a manager since Saturday morning. The day I had my reservations were in Friday at 7pm my name is Araseli Trujillo 310 357 4563
This was our first experience at Orange Hill and we were celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary. 5 stars out of 5 stars as far as we were concerned. The wait staff was excellent. The maitre ‘d provided us with a window table offering fantastic views of Orange and Los Angeles Counties. We ordered the Chateaubriand which was cooked to perfection and then “flamed” at the table. Everyone in the immediate seating area enjoyed the presentation of our steak. Drinks at the bar were excellent and our bar tender even sent us a complimentary dessert wine as an anniversary gift! Very nice. Parking was easy with free valet service, a gratuity is appreciated. Orange Hill offers it all. Great food, great service, great views. We look forward to our next visit.
Tried Orange Hill for dinner after two great brunch experiences. Dinner was just as good. View is gorgeous. Food was outstanding. So was service.
My wife and I came here for our 19th wedding anniversary. Made the reservation through Open Table. I noted the reason for our visit and requested a window table. Upon arrival we were greeted and wished a happy anniversary by numerous employees at the restaurant which was a nice touch. We waited in the bar for about 10mins while we waited for our window table. The service was very good and the food was fantastic. They brought us a dessert with happy anniversary spelled out in chocolate which was pretty cool. This was my first time dining here and I will definitely be back soon.
Our server was super sweet and helpful! Everyone overall was super nice ! The view was AMAZING!!! We sat by the fire and it was nice and warm! Overall recommend to anyone that wants to just relax with good company or celebrate a anniversary like I did with my partner ! 😍♥️
The view is amazing! Outside dining at sunset, heaters at table s and dessert at the fireside. Great evening.
If you come for dinner, ask for Jay! He gives exceptional customer service and is a wiz with a camera!
Great food service and the desserts were great . The view was beautiful and everything about the place was great
Birthday celebration for Mom’s 80th. Amazing food! At our table, we had the Chateaubriand for 2, which was the best I’ve ever had! Also, a Prime Rib dinner, and a special gluten free salad with amazing salmon! We lucked out with an exceptionally clear night, so the views were epic! Highly recommend!
The view is amazing. The food is really not interesting or very good. The servers were over worked and, thus, inattentive because they just had too much real estate to cover. It wasn't really their fault as I watched the amount of space that our server had to cover and she just did not have the ability to be attentive with all of the tables for which she was responsible.
Other than the view, I really can't say very much good about this place.
This was a very disappointing experience! Starting with having a reservation at 11:30 for brunch and having to sit on the outside patio around 12:15 just so we don't have to wait longer! The food was not even worth mentioning for what we paid for. They don't keep the food warmers filled. Had to wait long enough my mashed potatoes and dressing had gone cold before they refilled the roast pork loin. The only saving grace was our server was very nice and kept our water and juices filled! Not coming back and if I were you think about it first!
I hadn’t been there in a few years and I️ was truly surprised at the quality of food. Below standard and definitely not worth $225 brunch. There wasn’t even bagels or toast or cream cheese for the plate of lox.
Don’t plan on returning.
It was beautiful
The food was tasty, but not a good value for the money. My kids ordered hamburgers, and they were so saturated with mayonnaise, that we had to scrape it off just to get them to eat their normally favorite meal.
We ordered halibut, and it came as a tiny piece. It was delicious, but was literally a 3-bite size. Definitely not worth the $50 price tag.
Service was super slow. Our server wouldn’t show up for 20 minutes at a time, so a few times we had to ask other staff to find him. Then he’d forget half of what we asked for and it would take another 20 min to get his attention again. We spent 3 hours there in something that should have taken an hour. Although I love the ambiance of this place, I’d never come back there for dinner. Maybe for drinks and the view...
The view and food was amazing! We thought some music wasn't fitting of the environment, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Unfortunately, our card was charged for the wrong meal so we had to wait to have that issue figured out, but the manager resolved it in a timely manner. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. We also really appreciated the complimentary cake. Orange Hill was overall a great experience and introduction to fine dining!
