   Everything was great except one thing : i prepaid a deposit via your website and the oran mor was not aware of it. they wanted first me to pay again and i had to proove that a 1st deposit of 148£ has been done. this might have been a better experience if your 2 companies (open table and orran mor) have joined the financial information.

   Xmas Meal Was booked for brasserie. We were sat up stairs in the bar area. Asked for for a whisky sour was told yes then told I could only get them if I was sat in the brasserie, which is were would should have been sat. No explanation as to why we were sat up stairs. Overall was a poor experience all round. Service was subpar from what I’ve experienced in the past. Definitely a lack of communication somewhere as when we were called a few days before to ask if we’re still coming and to pay full balance by 4 o’clock. This was the first communication we had received since paying deposit. Something which I was extremely upbeat and excited about ended up feeling like I’d just went down the pub but with a lack of atmosphere and less than knowledgable staff. Wouldn’t recommend.

   The resturant was cold. Two of us had curry asked if they had mango chutney to accompany it there was none. Service was a bit slow Overall a bit dissapointing

   this was a really unexpected resources, the food was first class the staff extremely helpfull and enjoyed every minute of this

   Good venue, staff and was quiet as we were dining at 5pm. Had turkey masala which I thought was a bit basic and was thigh meat.

   Out with friends for dinner before going ton Fleetwood Mac by candle light. Table booked for 6:45 concert started 8:30. Waited a good 15 mins for drink order when we arrived, food took an absolute to come which meant we were late for the concert. Very disappointed

   Last night’s experience was dire. No A La carte menu. Meal took 50 minutes to arrive. Choices on the menu not appealing. The pork dish was very chewy. Dark chocolate mousse was milk chocolate and served in a big melting blob. Only good point was the waitress and the manager Dylan. He did his v best to sort things out. We won’t go back.

   We went for a lunch with a friend and the Brasserie was literally empty and we were the only customers. Considering this, service was really slow.

   Glasses smelt strongly of the chemical used to clean them. Very standard, not tasty, pub food. The place was empty and I am not surprised people don’t have their Sunday roast here. Severs were slow but polite.

    You didn’t have my reservation on file when I attended. And didn’t have enough food for a Sunday roast. So it’s was a terrible visit as you couldn’t accommodate me. Went to cottiers instead! Won’t be back.
