   We always visit Opus on New Year on NY Eve as it's our favorite restaurant downtown. They recently moved up to Noord by the Ritze and Marriott so this was a quick ride. As usual, the food and dinner was OUTSTANDING and the service was superb as usual. I highly recommend OPUS for a fine dining experience. Brian and his team provide a world class diner and while I forgot the maitre dees name, they have done a fine job in their new home. Looking forward to our next visit during new years 2026

   A must visit in Aruba! Everything was great from service to food. A couple from our hotel said they went here twice during their stay in Aruba so we had to check it out. If we didn’t go on our last night, we would have come back! Highly recommend!

   It was our first time here and we thought everything was amazing from the food to the service! Every person we encountered was giving fantastic service with a smile!  We will definitely be back!

   My wife and I dined at Opus on our last night in Aruba and it was a perfectly fitting cap on a fantastic trip. I found Opus through a simple Google search. The restaurant had good reviews and looked nice. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived as the location had changed from the one pictured on Google and was much nicer than we’d anticipated (fortunately we were dressed appropriately- upscale casual). We had a reservation, although it was not too busy, and were seated promptly. The ambiance was chic without being pretentious, and it fit the vibe my wife and I were looking for for the last dinner of the trip. I’d like to skip to the dinner and drinks before I discuss anything further. In short the food and bar were stellar. I watched the bartender preparing other patrons’ drinks and I could tell he knew his craft. I ordered a manhattan and my wife ordered a glass of wine. As I’d expected the cocktail was perfectly made and delicious. After dinner I ordered an espresso martini and it was equally superb. For dinner I had the catch of the day which was grouper and it was paired with grilled octopus. My wife ordered the chicken saltimbocca. As was a hallmark of all our dinings while in Aruba the food was prepared and served fresh. It was plain to us that our meals were brought immediately after the chefs finished making them. A true indication of quality. The only critique I have (and it’s a minor one) is that the wait staff we encountered seemed to be a bit untrained. This is not to say they were bad. In fact they were eager, enthusiastic and supremely polite. I just mean that they lacked a touch of professional spit and polish. By no means should this dissuade you from Opus. I only mention it in hopes that the management may work with the young staff to attain true perfection in the dining experience. Ultimately my wife and I were thoroughly pleased and satisfied. Opus is a gem amidst the many Aruban dining choices. I wholeheartedly recommend it!!

   We had an amazing dining experience at ‘Opus’! The food was excellent and the wait staff very attentive. A big shout out to Melanie AKA Gloria(!) for her bubbly, friendly, and witty personality! Can’t wait to go there again this week.

   In a word “Wow”! Opus exceeded expectations on every level. The staff work together as a team so we were visited by at least a half dozen people making sure that everything was perfect. The bartender even came over to see if I liked the drink he made. It had an elegant atmosphere which was wonderfully complemented by a talented singer at the front of the restaurant. Everyone was professional, courteous and friendly. And needless to say the food was outstanding. An incredible experience. Thank you Opus!

   We ordered Nicole’s salad and it was it had nice pieces of seared tuna but very little salad, more like a garnish and was missing green beans. The Caesar Salad was very basic with watery bland dressing, very disappointing. I ordered the Caribbean Grilled seafood platter. They forgot to include the Fish if the day ($69). My husband ordered Chilean Seabass $58) which was undercooked and rancid. So we shared 1 incomplete dish. They did take off the bill the spoiled fish and missing part of my dish. The waiter was overly friendly and annoying and apparently his brother was the chef - uncertain about chef’s qualifications. The restaurant was almost entirely empty with only 1 other table occupied. Overall experience is overpriced and bad food. The ambiance was nice with white tablecloths. Would never go back there.

    The restaurant apparently had only been open less than a week, so explains some of our experience. Or maps apps had a hard time finding them. Once were found them, we had to wait a few minutes to be seated in a mostly empty restaurant. They were nice and welcoming. We were there for our anniversary and they brought us a sign and everyone told us happy anniversary. I ordered a dirty martini with blue cheese olive and they brought a regular olive. We ordered the Greek salad and burrata which were both good. I had the scallops and my husband had the linguine with clams. The entrees were ok. My husband said there was a lot of sand in his clams. They gave us a free dessert for our anniversary. The server who we think was also the manager was nice, but pretty unprofessional. When i went to the bathroom he brought up the red light district to my husband as if He was trying to get him to go with him. It was all a little strange. The bathrooms also had some issues. The women’s was out of soap, paper towels, and the faucet wasn’t attached properly so came out of the sink when i tried to turn it on. The restaurant is beautiful and i think once they work the kinks out it’ll be really nice.
