Food and live music were great! Sad to see they closed the next day.
What a great find at time square! Friendly staff got us in and out to make a play we had tickets to. Wish we had more time to enjoy the live music!
Bigger than it looks from outside. 3 levels. Reservations preferred. Very nice stage with Great sound. Not too loud. Very enjoyable
Can't beat the food and live entertainment. Service is good and you have to try the monkey bread!
The music was very good! I would return for that. I felt the food was just ok. I definitely expected better food from the radio advertisement. We tried the family style platter for 4 people. There was definitely enough food, but overall it wasn't that good. That was all of our opinions, not just mine. service terrible.
Great great for lunch. Comfort food , live country music, friendly service all in the heart of time square😀
Was great for someone who likes Country all though when we were there the band did not show up for the late show which was pretty bad for a Saturday night
Wasn't sure what to expect but it totally exceeded my expectations! Very lively venue - I didn't realize there would be live music - food was absolutely delicious and great service. will definitely be back.
If you're a country music fan or not this place is fun to visit. The food was average but the atmosphere was worth it. They have a cute souvenier store on bottom level. They also have cardboard cutouts of Johnny cash little big town Keith urban dolly Parton Blake Shelton and reba that you can take your pic with. A live band played and was really good. We will definitely return as we love country music.
Catfish was good, would have preferred less French fries and more fish for the price.
Turns out we just had an appetizer and Happy Hour drinks. Ordered the Loaded Nachos- so good!
They came spread out on a square pan so that ALL the chips had toppings.
Its a beautiful venue but we thought it was over priced for what it was. The entertainment was great, but service wasnt.
If you like country music, then you will love Opry stage. The foods was great and BBQ for 2 meals was the best.
Service above and beyond! Everyone was helpful and made us feel right at home. Food was seasoned to perfection. Cocktails were refreshing.
We went because we saw so many awesome looking dishes/ desserts on their social media and when we went there none of the items were on menu or available . No knowledge of gluten free food either. So disappointed...we were so excited about going there. Major disappointment
I have been here with my wife multiple times and we were very disappointed with our meals and drinks. I ordered the pork stew and the pork was 75% fat. My wife like the “broadway to broadway” but the the taste was off and was not being made consistently the same. We were comped the pork stew as we had to get to a Broadway show. The sweeter and manager were very attentive and worked to fix the issue.
Tried this new restaurant and loved it. Service great and food was amazing. The hot chicken was great and the Brisket bits amazing ! Music was fantastic and the wait staff the niciest ever. I strongly recommend this new Times Square Eatery
We saw this place advertised and wanted to check it out. The food was great Southern BBQ at a very reasonable price. The entertainment was top quality, not too loud and the atmosphere was very much “Grand Ole Opry!” We definitely recommend it if you want a taste of country music in The Big Apple! Great for families!
The food was very good. We had fried chicken and waffles, gumbo and macaroni. The entertainment was outstanding. About once each month, the greatest songwriters in the country perform their songs and tell stories upstairs. This show always sells out, and I advise anyone to get there early. These are the folks who are usually in Nashville at the Bluebird Café, but they perform everything from pop to blues to country. A great addition to the Times Square area. Very reasonably priced, too.
very pricey for the portions you get.. place was nice and clean, i just think its overall not worth the money for the menu they serve.
My wife and I split their very good gumbo and house salad then my wife had their great catfish and I had their great falling off the bone ribs. All this was accompanied with live country music. All in all a very satisfying Tennessee lunch in the heart of New York City.
Pas le temps de aller au Texas ?
Le Texas vient à vous a new York et même a Time Square.
Repas typique de l ouest (ribs, poulet, bœuf, frite, chili,...) De bonne qualité
Ambiance live country top.
Une très belle soirée a la clef
Cute place. Food a little pricey but you are in the city.
We enjoyed it.
Loved it! My daughter was competing in NASH NEXT and it was a GREAT evening.
The whole experience was good, from the band, food and service, our entire group of 8 really enjoyed the evening, if there was a negative the beer could of been colder, will definitely go back.
Good food and entertainment!
Food very mediocre. Didn't want a hard rock cafe type place. Band not very good with all due respect. I did like the stage and the sound but two large screens was overkill. The one on the left was plenty. The one on the right was clutter. Bathroom
not even on the same floor
It was a good time at the Opry City Stage. It was economical and the staff were very friendly.
Excellent service and great value for money. Entertainment fantastic!! Definitely be back if ever in NYC again!
The service was pretty awful. The menu just ok. Way too pricey for the options.
Loved the atmosphere. Food was good and big portions for a city meal. Servers were unorganized and very slow. Live band was great.
I was so disappointed! I gave this dinner to my granddaughter as a sweet 16 gift for her and her boyfriend with tickets to a show. I called the afternoon of the dinner and requested that someone take a picture of my granddaughter. The person I spoke with said she would. That they do that all the time. She made a notation and lo and behold, no one approached them at all. My granddaughter said the place was totally empty, you would think it would be a fun place place, especially in the theatre district.
Unique!! Something different! A taste of the south in the middle of NYC! If you love country, you will love this place! Really cool atmosphere, good food, although overpriced (it IS NYC afterall!), and awesome memorabilia. We loved it!
Food was great! Love music was awesome and not too loud!
The food was just okay, nothing spectacular. We had deviled eggs, bread basket (only contained biscuits), meat loaf, catfish nuggets and macaroni & cheese. It was a lot of food, but not that tasty. Having a live band was a treat, but be warned that it gets LOUD. I would recommend for drinks, after work, or a date night Not necessarily for kids.
Overpriced average food but live music good. On reflection I would have preferred just having a drink at the bar and eating elsewhere. Came to celebrate my daughters 21st Birthday and no recognition made despite unanswered emails being sent beforehand and reservation being made. A disappointment.
Food was fantastic especially the brisket. Really enjoyed the night listening to live country music.
Went for a show on the 4th floor in the private room and ordered from the regular menu. Wings were very meaty and had good flavor. Burnt end plate was delish!! Definitely a must try! The pimento cheese burger was very tasty but the burnt ends were my fave on the table. Staff was very friendly and there was good service. The show itself was great and the crowd wasn’t rude, didn’t have interruptions or conversations, quickly and quietly left their tables for the restroom and even the staff tried to minimize plate clatter. Definitely will be watching the event calendar and will return.
Loved the food, live music, service was very good. Would definitely go there again. Little bit of Nashville at home.
We've been here before. Good is great. Music is wonderful and fun. Leave room down the Monkey Bread. Music is a little loud gonna be a conversation, but you can work around it. You've gotta try it.
