Requested for outdoor seating when I made reso Turns out there is a corporate event and no outdoor seating was available There’s no courtesy call or anything like that if I would be okay sitting indoor. Everytime i go hear, always disappointed by their service Also the server charged us for a wrong table so we ended up having to correct and refund the original payment

We had a reservation for 8 people. At first, we were placed inside of a room that had water leaking from the ceiling onto the couch. We asked to move seats, which they accommodated. The DJ was very loud. It was hard to have any conversation, but the food and drinks were very good! One person in our party had the hummus and said it was the best they ever had. I had a mocktail that was fabulous.

The only thing to mention is that the majority of tables are like sitting around a coffee table. They have regular seating on the balcony but is limited. Be aware to ask if making reservations if you are planning on dinner. The hostess was amazing in helping us change tables when we discovered this, despite it being the he live music night on Friday. Amazing views and highly recommended!

First time checking out Ophelia. Beautiful rooftop and very cozy. We were given the choice and opted to sit outside. Beautiful views of the east river , Roosevelt Island and queens. We were seated and greeted by Camila. Who was very welcoming and made us feel at home. We really enjoyed all of our drinks and food!! You can def taste the quality and the price point was just right!! I look forward to returning and checking out the live music. Def recommend!!

Gorgeous Views. Boyfriend and I started our night here for his Birthday and the staff made it so special. We had a few drinks and the Tuna TarTare. Everything was great.

We had a fabulous experience! Stunning views, great cocktails and incredible food. Service was stellar as well! Prices were a bit expensive but it was an elevated experience. Would definitely go back.
