   Luke warm/cold food, waited nearly 45 minutes for the main course and I had to ask why there was a delay. Music was a tinny don’t know what sound system they were using.

   We ate here as a thank you to my parents for everything they have helped for our wedding tomorrow and I must say the whole night was amazing from the ambiance to the food and not forgetting the service a massive thank you to everyone involved and we will be certainly eating here again. Would obviously highly recommend.

   We'd been here before just for drinks and was looking forward to dining here. Massively underwhelming with a near 1 hour + 50 minutes for main course after starters, food not piping hot, the waiter kept saying 'just another 5 minutes' and the icing on the cake...they brought over a mimosa with out us ordering it for my wife, saying 'happy mothersday' which we'd assumed was complimentary, only to find 9.95 added to the bill. I wouldn't rush back here after a pretty poor experience.

   Sensational. Mario was our waiter and he was amazing! A credit to your team! Food was chefs kiss!!! Ambience next level! Mario was amazing! We’ll be back as usual.

   Another great visit to Opera. We were lucky to be seated upstairs in the lovely terrace. Staff were as attentive and lovely as ever. Can recommend the scallops starter.

   Steak returned 4 times as came rare when ordered medium - well done. Wife’s steak had to be returned to. This was her 50th birthday meal. No mention of this from the staff either. Also had to wait 25 minutes to be initially seated and food service took 40 minutes. Dreadful experience.

   Went to the Opera grill for lunch , staff were lovely, especially our waitress, we didn’t choose the lunch time set menu, but we will next time , because it seemed good value , but this was a birthday treat , so we went with the main menu, little bit pricey, lots of add ons , having said that, the food was of excellent quality. Definitely worth another visit 👍

   First time visiting Chester, everything was 10/10 from the moment you walked through the door! The decor was gorgeous, staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were amazing.

   There was a live singer and it was particularly noisy as we were seated in front of the stage. This made any conversation almost impossible. We were offered drinks at the start of the meal but not during the meal. The food was good and we were asked about allergies. However, we felt rushed; we were only in there for 45-50 minutes. The building is stunning.
