Delicious pre-fixe meal, with generous portions, presented by great staff
We waited an hour and 15 minutes PAST our reservation time to be seated (we were a party of only 3). The host staff offered us nothing for waiting - no snacks or drinks. They do not care at all that you are waiting. No "I'm sorry", absolutely nothing. By 30 minutes past our reservation, we were starving and we had to practically beg (asked twice) for a snack. The wait staff was great though. Very kind and thorough. Once we finally sat down, our waitress was great. If I ever go back though, it'll be to sit by the pool and have a drink. I won't ever make a reservation there again.
Ahhh my favorite spot for brunch. Their chef and bartenders are so creative with their creations. I decided to do the brunch entree, unlimited cart, and bottomless cocktail combo for 55$. Service got a little slow...but I think this was mainly due to how busy the restaurant was. Ambiance of this place is great. food is great. I’d come back 1000 times.
everything about our meal here was great! the food was fantastic, service spot on, drinks very good & a great space. will definitely go back.
The atmosphere is amazing and super cute. It looks like you’re eating in a green house. The food was amazing! I’ll definitely be coming back in the near future.
Beautiful restaurant! Great for indoor or outdoor seating. The Corn Flake French Toast and Vegetarian Sandwich were great! The Chicken & Waffles and Eggs Benedict lacked flavor but were still decent. Nothing we ate was "bad" really. Prices were reasonable so that was a plus. Service was just ok. All the servers were friendly enough but they use communal service so we didn't have one dedicated server and that ended up being a bit of a problem as it ended up taking ages to get our drinks and drink refills. I would still recommend the restaurant for the value and atmosphere alone.
Had an amazing time at openaire celebrating my friend's birthday. The food there was amazing and the service was good, one thing was that it took a bit of awhile to get someone to order. Another thing was even though we had a reservation we still had to wait 10-15 mins, that was annoying. Other than that we had a great time! Will be going back again.
A great place for date night -inside or outside -it is consistently good
Good food, although the menu kinda lacks options... it’s a lil pricy for what it really is.
Music is TOO loud. It’s awful... I liked it but overall you kinda need to be a blogger to fully enjoy the experience lol
The music at Openaire was SO loud. It felt like a night club, not a restaurant. The food and service, however, were excellent.
First time eating at Openaire and it was a pleasant surprise. We were seated next to others guests that were also attending the Todd Rundgren concert at the Wiltern. The food was fresh and well prepared. The cocktails were smartly prepared. We look forward to our next metal when in Los Angeles.
Went there for the ambience but the food was equally as remarkable. The tuna tartare was the best I’ve ever had.
Always a great experience here
One of my favorite brunch spots!! Was my first time on Sunday for a gf's birthday. Our server was so sweet and easy going. The manager noticed the birthday decor and asked who's birthday it was. When we finished our meal he surprised her with a birthday cake slice and candle! He really went above and beyond to make us all enjoy our time. Since I gave the server birthday candles he noticed the slide of cake and still went back to get a new one with the specific candles.
Already can't wait to go back. Food quality and ambiance was excellent.
Had reservations for 8 but didn't get seated until 8:20. Food was okay...
They charged an 18% service charge for two people, I didn’t love that because I like to tip 20% but they didn’t give me the chance. Oh well food was great.
Beautiful space and good food.
By far the MOST amount of $ for the least amount of food I’ve ever had in my life. The food was ok, but sooooooo small and over priced. Service was great but our entrees were ok. Their signature cocktail menu was just ok as well. The octopus app was absolutely delicious though. I regret taking our friends here for 40th bday. You’re paying for the beautiful ambiance at this place, which is by far its most redeeming quality
the food was good. However, there was a little lack in the communication when checking. Every customer deserves the rights to know healthcare tax is optional before they make the payment.
Gorgeous space with beautiful food. The simple, toned-down, flavors of the food were refreshing - beautifully thought through menu (black cod a standout). Our server Fabian was knowledgeable, refined, and warm. Definitely check this place out.
I've been lucky enough to travel the world and eat at many different kinds of restaurants and Openair at The Line Hotel definitely did not disappoint. The Chef's Michelin Stars☆☆ are evident as he has created some very interesting and enticing entrees. The food, drink, and service was spectacular as well as the unique ambience of the restaurant's glass atrium.. Simply Superb..
Wow.. just wow!! The service here is TOP NOTCH! Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to ensure that our experience was nothing short of amazing. Adrian has assembled and excellent team of bartenders, servers and hostesses. I felt like I was at a brunch hosted by my closest friends. Everything is so intimate! I’ve never raved about the service at a restaurant like I have at Openaire. Every person I encountered was genuinely kind and invested in my experience at the restaurant. The drinks are amazing and the food is even better! You can tell that the wait staff is well taken care of and that they’re proud to do their jobs. I have a ton of food allergies and the staff was more than accommodating and went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied. Thank you to everyone at Openaire for this lovely experience! I can’t wait to come back again soon!
Stylishly delightful, Openaire is an experience that is more than the some of the parts. The roof top ambiance is lively. The food is (mostly) very tasty for dinner. The service is engaging and friendly. Put it all together and it’s a fun night out
The place was sooo noisy, you literally could not hear the person next to you. By the end of the meal,
we were screaming at each other. We finally left without desert, because of the overwhelming noise.
Josiah was nice enough to stop by a couple times.
My first time here and it will not be my last. I came with my sister to celebrate her being a new mommy and the manager Adrian approached us to ask us how everything was going, asked us if it was our first time and asked what we were celebrating. Once we told him he was so excited to share the news with us he even had our waiter bring us a desert! This place is so beautiful, the ambiance is amazing and the food is even better. I will be coming back here very very soon! Adrian made us feel so welcomed and was so kind to us. Everyone there was amazing and nothing but smiles! Keep doing what you're doing with this place Adrian, its amazing!!!! - Candice
The worst hostess Ive ever seen
All-around a total disappointment. It’s a beautiful setting with a nice potential. I believe the intentions were good but many people drop the ball in many ways. We were there for my birthday which made things even more unfortunate. It took 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee and each refill was just as long. For anyone who has any dairy restrictions this is not the place. And what was delivered was a crumbling mess. The only upside was that the majority of the staff was pleasant. Unfortunately nothing really came of that.
Everyone here was amazing! The hostess was so sweet and got us the table we wanted and was so kind and our waiter Gillian was absolutely amazing!! Give them both raises! And expect us back often truly great brunch
Host staff kindly helped us move tables which we really really appreciated. Bottomless cocktails are great for brunch and the food is delicious. Morning noise level was fine but got louder for afternoon and service was a bit slow once it got very busy. Overall really enjoyed our experience and would 100% go back soon!
Openaire had delicious food and great service! They could use a few more gluten free options or the ability to make their delicious food gluten free but overall I loved their food and would definitely go back!
Openaire was great. Servers are super friendly and ambience is perfect for brunch with girlfriends. They have a unique dining option which includes unlimited bar cart of h’or d’oeuvres. Would come again!
Great ambiance and the scenery is beautiful. Food was amazing and service was good. No complaints
Not all menu items came as described on the menu; food was still very tasty!
We sat outside and it was really quiet, despite being around other tables with lots of people. Ambient music was awesome. Service was exceptional!
Food was mediocre at best, the cart never came to us although we chose the entree, cart, and bottomless cocktail option.
My son and I had breakfast and it was the absolute best place to sit and enjoy my coffee. My breakfast sandwich wasn't Instagram-ready, but one woman's carefully selected breakfast (sitting next to us) was. The sandwich was delicious, the surrounding was serene, and the service was great.
Food- Cod ✅
Drink- Mezcal old fashioned ✅
Service - Clint✅
Ambiance Snazzy Green House✅
Really liked the environment but we were mostly ignored while eating at one of the outside tables, maybe it would be better inside. drinks were really good.
The restaurant itself was beautiful but we ordered the tasting menu and were dissapointed. It was pretty expensive, which was fine but we were expecting some amazing food for that price and instead the food wasn't anything special. I would come back here for a date to have a drink but I wouldn't eat here again!
Love coming to Openaire for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. It's gorgeous, I've always had wonderful service + the food is divine.
