Openaire is a absolutely perfect 5/5 for brunch it is honestly a great place to have for friends or for a date with someone more recent that you want to impress or for someone that you have been dating. The menu is refreshing best time to go is 10am-12pm for brunch on the weekends best way to get the seats is to make reservations 30 days before as trying to make reservations the week off you will only be able to get in at around 2-4 pm for brunch which is not very ideal unless you have had a long long long weekendnight😊. The bottomless mimoas are timed 90 minutes but if you are a rad bit friendly it can go a tad bit longer but not excessively. The menu is nice I would also recommend making sure to order your starter first but to not order the entire order because they will bring everything out at the same time and that is not fun for anyone so just be kind and allow the waiter to know you just want to start with my recommendation the cinnamon roll or something else later finishing then order the next plates. Otherwise you will have a bunch of stuff on the table that the you will not want to have. The vibe is cool calm and collective and refreshing the plants really give off great lively ness and great energy to a more earthy concept that allows one to realize a greater purpose. Best seats are on the inside for great outstanding portraits adpictires with friends make sure to include that in your comments so you can get what you except with your reservation. The staff is friendly and very upbeat which is also a plus. Also, it is common for kids to be there as well so just be conscious that on the outside seating they there may be a little bit more noise and also anything next to the pool is bad seating there are a lot more kids which is not bad but does take away from the energy it is also located inside the line hotel 2nd-floor walk right the elevators and hit 2 and you should be right there.😊 Great place can't wait to go back again.

Food was ok but not good enough for the price we paid. Server was awful, several times she just turned her back on us rather than check on us. Nobody was helpful when we couldn’t get our sever to our table and just kept saying “I’ll get your server”. Kudos though to the one bartender who came to check on our table when we couldn’t get our server to come to our table. Then she became rude and short at the end of our meal like she was ready for us to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone if they want a good experience for the price you pay.

My boyfriend and I spent our Thanksgiving evening here, excited to enjoy good food and ambiance. Our evening was initially off to a bad start when we had a 6:00 reservation and did not actually get sat until 6:30. Not a big deal - It’s thanksgiving. Appetizers were delicious and service was great. However, entrees came out cold. The turkey and prime rib were less than luke warm and all the sides were cold. We asked for the dishes to be reheated. The server brought back our same plates 2 mins later. Food was still cold and it seemed that the kitchen attempted to reheat the food by pouring a warm gravy/sauce over the proteins. We were not satisfied and asked to speak to management. We informed the manager about our food and he assured us that he’d get fresh, hot plates of food for us. He came back 5 minutes later and assured us that these plates were fresh as he had just “watched with [his] own eyes”. The food was still cold and unappealing. We didn’t even eat our entrees at that point and decided they’d taste better as leftovers where we could ensure that they were to a temperature of our liking. Dessert was great.

Not one to ever write a bad review but don’t bother making a reservation. Super unfortunate to be seated an hour after a reservation but only after something was mentioned vs. being notified. I sincerely hope Ahmed takes care of his waitstaff. As a patron, I did not feel comfortable bringing an out of town party to this restaurant. Expected to receive a great Thanksgiving dinner, received my food for the second time, still cold. Ahmed assured the unsatisfactory meal would be taken care of. Unfortunately, my party was not checked on and still had to pay for the inedible meal.

Can’t believe the unprofessionalism and poor management at this establishment! Seriously suggest dining elsewhere if possible.

The service was poor, and the noise level was loud. We had to ask our waitress to come to the table several times. I ordered wine paring with the dinner, and the waitress forgot so we had to remind her as we got each course. I was excited when I made the reservation since the Chef was Citrin from Melisse was to prepare the food, and the restaurant was rated one Micheline Star. However, whoever rated this restaurant must have had an entirely different Chef then prepared our dinner. The food was absolutely average. The wine paring did not fit the food served, and was a very poor quality wine. I will not return to this restaurant.

Granted it was Thanksgiving and fairly packed. But for $85/pp we all were underwhelmed. Outside tables were shabby and only a few had flowers. Service was extremely slow, turkey was dry, side dishes tiny, and salad was bitter and limp with no discernible dressing. The desserts were excellent but didn’t make up for the mediocrity of the meal. We split the bill with our friends but it was rung up as 50% to their card and total meal price of 100% was placed on ours. We were told by attendant that parking would be $11 with validation but we were charged $16 since cashier said it was over two hours but we weren’t told there was a time limit for the $11. Too many surprises and mistakes to ever go again. Disappointing Thanksgiving experience.

This space is beautiful. Our first visit was Thanksgiving day, we sat outside and the weather was lovely. My first course was Farro risotto, it smelled and tasted delicious, my dining mate was under whelmed by the scallops. Second course was the Salmon, which was okay and the Prime rib which was not eaten at all, it did not even resemble meat, the sides were delish. Third course was both our favorites, the Apple pie and Pumpkin cheesecake. A gentleman stopped by our table and asked how our meal was and we spoke candidly, he took our check and gave us a discount, which was appreciated. Would I come back, Yes, it is a hidden gem in Koreatown!

Hostess’ were snooty and wouldn’t seat us until the whole party arrived which they didn’t say anything about when booking. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times to tell them it was my friends baby shower lunch and to ask various questions, no one picked up. I called every day for the past two weeks at opening hours. I’m not one to complain much but just because this is a LA restaurant doesn’t mean attitudes are appreciated. Our waiter was amazing and he is the reason we had a great experience. Also no one checked our vaccine cards, we made sure to bring them.

Enjoyed it, setting is neat. Had to wait awhile to be seated even though our table was ready. Also for a $20 glass of Cabernet, I received no more than half a cup, so pricey.

Absolutely fantastic dinner, vibes, and overall ambiance. The food was incredibly tasty and filling, while not being outrageously expensive as we typically get in LA. The bread, tuna tartar, seared albacore, and waygu sirloin were all absolutely incredible. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. 10/10 will return to again!

We arrived for brunch at 2 pm. My friend tried to order hot black tea and was told they didn't have any or it was unavailable which is odd cause it is hot water and a tea bag. I think brunch should have full coffee and tea service no matter the time you arrive.

We were uncomfortably seated in a section without proper shade.
We were a group of 9, some dishes were ok, some did not satisfy. Food was served cold with overcooked potatoes.
We were charged 20% service fee, beware they add SVC and tourism tax and health item. I was overcharged in my bill, but noticed that later

Had the best time here with my friends for my birthday celebration. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. A special thank you to the general manager Chris, he did Everything he could to make sure I had a good experience and birthday. Made sure my party all sat together although it was late notice. The location is beautiful and the food was delicious. 10/10 experience. Will come back!

My partner and I came her for my belated birthday/our belated anniversary dinner, and we had such a nice night. The space is beautiful, filled with greenery, it literally looks like a greenhouse. We went on a Wednesday evening, so it wasn't too crowded, but things did pick up as we were leaving. The food was perfect, he had th wagyu and I have the braised beef (both were so good we purposefully didn't finish so we could take some home). The staff is extremely nice and check up on you often. At the end they surprised me with a dessert on the house without us even requesting it! We are definitely returning :)

The ambiance was beautiful no doubt. Drinks were really good ! Variety of cocktails were awesome. The food was really delicious but I will say a few things. I ordered the ocean trout and while it tasted delicious, the trout had fragments of bone still in it which really, really get to me, and essentially ruin the meal for me. Just not something I can get past, but maybe that’s just me. One other thing that bothered me was that my dish came out about 10 minutes before my boyfriends dish, essentially having me take bites before him and had my dish get a little cold while waiting to eat together. Overall was not awful, but these minor tweaks would have made it an even better experience.

Honestly horrible birthday experience. We’re pushed out of the restaurant. The food had one flavor, you couldn’t tell what you were eating. Limited menu options. The waitress gave a complimentary options for a birthday dessert and brought it before we even finished eating dinner. And then the check came immediately after, charging us for the dessert we didn’t even get a chance to eat. Will never go back.

Front desk service is whatever:
We had a booking for 2 people, we had a guest + 1 person. They asked us to wait 20 minutes for a table “ because we had an extra guest”. After waiting 20 minutes, they gave us a space by the long shareable table. It was wired, why we would wait 20 minutes if we were given a seat at a long shareable table. Since the side of the table we were given was free from the minute we were there. I just wonder how difficult it is to add an extra plate to the table. But whatever… 😌
