   Felt very rushed. After sitting down for 30 mins and just receiving our entree, we were told it was “last call” and we had to leave within one hour. Waiter brought us the check 20 mins later when we were still eating our main dish, and as soon as we put down the credit card, he grabbed it. Then kept asking “is there anything else you need?” like he was clearly nudging us to leave. Lovely location and great food, but never nice to feel rushed. It put a damper on the whole experience. We arrived exactly on time for our reservation, so there was no need to treat us that way.

   Openaire is the epitome of horrendous customer service. My party waited close to 20 minutes to not be offered water or have our order taken. After this frustrating experience, we decided to take our business elsewhere, but was still charged $12 for valet parking with validation. Would not recommend Openaire to anyone looking for a lunch spot.

   The servers were not very attentive to us, and the food was sub-par. The only thing that was enjoyable was the ambiance and the drinks. However, the bartender and the hostess were wonderful.

    We went to Openair for dinner before heading to a concert at the Wiltern. We weren't in the mood for Korean food, and it is hard to find an upscale restaurant in the area that serves any other than Korean. Then I found Openair, and it was exactly what we were looking for! Creative American-California cuisine with a chill, urban vibe. The food and drinks were outstanding and the service was very attentive. I will definitely return and recommend it to others!

    Even with a reservation we had to wait 20 minutes for our table. And even though they asked if we'd like to be inside, just sat us outside after we waited that long. The $50 hold per person on the reservation had me wildly stressed and that I'd be charged hundreds of dollars if something happened. The food was good, but the rest of the experience was a big let down, especially for the price.

    A beautiful restaurant with earthy decor, lots of plants, and the experience of dining in a greenhouse. Great service and there’s a reason this place is one of the top brunch spots in LA. Food was spot on and so delicious. Would 100% recommend!

    Given its reputation the lunch menu was a disappointment. The bowls were fine but nothing I couldn’t have ordered at any mini-mall Poke restaurant. Dessert was one option. Chocolate cake. Again, very ordinary. And, why just one option? This was a business lunch, which went well. But, given the plethora of other options in the area I doubt I’ll be back.

    There should have been more of an accomodation made for the error when they brought meat in the dish my friends ordered. It was not ok and the servers acknowledged the error but did not take it off the bill or show understanding of the error. We specifically said multiple times that we do not eat meat and one of our meals had meat in it.

    Waitress forgot it was a BDAY! The atmosphere was great with all the light coming through later in our meal with glass windows surrounding us. Loud- acoustics not the best so that music prominent and other customers’ voices heard. Yet not a full room of customers. Unique menu with many Vegan dishes. Some very tasty items.     Our server forgot about us from the beginning! Didn’t even give us water until we had to complain to the manager after waiting for 32 mins. Server barely knew the menu and we had to repeat our order multiple times to her. Then she forgot to bring out the side sauces we asked for. We forgot to put my entree in so I got to eat after everyone else ate on Mother’s Day. Didn’t bother apologizing or taking any accountability for anything. Three of us ended up having stomach issues. Manager and server didn’t care nor did anything to make up for their mistakes. Never again!

    Our waiter was Manny and he was exceptional. We dined here for Mother’s Day brunch and he made our experience vey special. He brought out a complimentary drink for both my mom and dad, as well as a complimentary dessert. He also made sure to take our photos to commemorate the occasion. Food was great as well and will definitely be back!

    Made a Reservation the day before for May 14th at 12:15 PM. Overall experience was great, food was good and service was awesome. Yogi was our server and did a phenomenal job. Would recommend for brunch hour. They have unlimited bottomless mimosas for $40.

    First time here. Food was amazing. Ordered the French toast, steak and eggs, crab Benedict and ham Benedict. French toast was an interesting flavor and texture. But in a good way. Both Benedict’s were some of the best I’ve ever had. Got a little warm in the sun but no biggie. So if you’re not into the direct sunlight, try to get a seat in the greenhouse. Overall would try it again to see what’s new

    Very nice atmosphere, food was delicious and the service was great! We tried, the cinnamon roll, cornflake French toast, steak/eggs w/ kimchi rice, eggs Benedict and the classic line breakfast! All of it was yummy! This is not a place to come if you want a quiet conversation. It’s lively and bcz of the open air dining area, it can get loud!

    Great setting with all the plants and natural light. We went for Sunday brunch right at opening time and while there were only one or two empty tables it didn’t feel crowded or cramped. The food was delicious and service was good and personable. Loved it!

    The ambience is very elegant, and unique for Los Angeles. In a city of concrete, this restaurant feels like a green-house oasis. The vibe is relaxed, the sunlight and plant life are refreshing, and the food is absolutely incredible. The food is truly innovative, and easy to consume. Though the menu descriptions may seem adventurous, eating the dish does not feel like a risk. It is simply a delightful experience that makes you angry that your stomach can't fit more.     The area of the place was great and so was the service. It lacked in options of food and with the amount of money I didn’t feel it was worth it. For a group of 4 it was almost $300 and tbh it wasn’t even with everyone having drinks Definitely would not recommend and would not return

    I ordered the hibachi steak and eggs that came with The kimchi rice. The steak was drenched in like a teriyaki glaze or sauce which was a surprise to me. It made the steak too tangy and took away from me enjoying it. The kimchi rice was good and my friends had pancakes which were also really good.
