   I felt bad for the staff at Opa last night because they were clearly short handed. There were two people in the kitchen and one person as hostess, server, and bartender. They were doing their best but the delays caused several parties to get up and leave. Our food was tasty and we were the first patrons of the night, so got our food in a timely manner.

   They need to hire people if they want to stay in business. 45 minutes to get our appetizers and over an hour to get entrees are not acceptable when the restaurant is only half full. One wait staff and one receptionist and maybe one cook? I tried this place a year ago and no improvement. The sad thing is the restaurant does not seem to care and no apologies for lack of services but still charge a fixed tips.

   Lots of things was not available. Service was ok. Last order at 8.30 that is on Friday. Will not try this again.

   The waitress is very unprofessional. She got us the wrong order and missed one dish for the table despite us confirming the whole order again and again. She didn't even apologize for her mistake (maybe language/culture issue). It's very empty on Friday night. I don't think the restaurant (at least this Location) will live for long.

   Food was very good. My only complaint is that either the chairs are too low or the table is too high.

   Terrible service! waiter seemed extremely aloof even when speaking directly to us. Poor guy may have been alone, but there were only 3 or 4 tables... Beet salad had bitter red beets Coffee had huge amounts of grounds (waiter said that was traditional) Had a great time with my friend but, not going back.

   Sorry to say that the lamb kabobs were a bit dry and chewy, not at all juicy as I requested. Waiter was attentive but at the end of the meal he didn’t even ask us if we wanted any dessert. A missed opportunity for the establishment. 😏

   The food, service, and ambience were all fantastic. The services provided by the professional management and staff are the main reasons that we keep coming back. The old world elegance is a rare thing, and we value their focus to make sure that everything about the dining experience is excellent. I highly recomend this restaurant.

    Decent food, but very poor management. I came in for my early dinner reservation and I had specified. I’d like a table by the window. When I came in the manager said pick whatever table I would like, so I chose a table by the window and he said, “not that one.“ So then I picked a different table by the window, and he said “not that one, either.“ And I said, please tell me what table to sit down at, and he said, “any of the other ones.” Greek restaurant, playing Greek music, which was nice, but when my entrée came, they switched to hip-hop. I asked them to please put the Greek music back on, as there was still no one else in the restaurant. The waiter mumbled something walked away. They continue to play hip-hop until I paid and left. Overall, very poor service, OK food.
