   Even with a reservation at a time when the restaurant was not busy, we had to wait for a table to be hastily set up. Service was terrible. One of our party got the wrong order and it took so long to get it right that the rest of the table was finished before it arrived. We ended up canceling the order. Nothing suggested to make it right. Definitely will not be returning to that Opa.

   Great food; excellent service. A bit pricey and, unfortunately, the noise level is pretty high. Suggest going slightly “off” busiest time. Great for a late lunch or for an early or late dinner.

    We here for lunch. We used to really like it at this restaurant but eating in a restaurant full of flies was not appealing at all. We moved from outside because of the flies but inside was not much better. We ordered the roasted vegetable salad expecting the veg to be warm on the salad but they were cold and we did not enjoy it. We mentioned it to the server and she just said ok and that was it. Not a great experience.

    Host did not initially confirm our reservation and stated that could not find but name, but after insisting he confirmed it. Lots of flies around and was constantly trying to keep off my food. Eventually one got stuck in my food. Showed it to the waiter who sent over the supervisor. Supervisor lamented that they were frustrated by this issue as well as bright sunlight in the evenings and the the manager was oblivious to the issues. Most likely will not dine here in the future.

    We had a great time eating on Opa's patio. The hostess was conscientious about seating the 2 of us away from the larger groups that were there. Everyone was very accommodating about our small dog. The server was attentive and courteous. I am a vegetarian there were many great options on the menu. My husband had the lamb and raved about it.     Service is pathetic - every time we’ve been there I’ve had to go and find the manager and asked to be served. 15 mins to wait for a waitron to arrive in a not too busy restaurant is bad service!

    Great food and ambience sitting outdoor area. We were seated right away but no waiter or buss boy for 10 mins. Not even ‘someone will be right with you’. Food was delicious and will continue to support local restaurants.

    Appetizers were very good. My lamb was very tough and not a lot of lamb flavor. The vegetables on the skewer were raw, was surprised about that. Our server was a delight though.

    Unfortunately not enough staff. We never were served. I notified the hostess but we waited 30 minutes so we left. I will return since the food is usually very good. Probably struggling like the other restaurants with not enough staff.

    As a past diner at Opa! with friends for lunch, I wanted my husband to try this restaurant. We went at dinner time and were not disappointed! Good waiter, good food and a relaxing setting, we will be return for sure.

    We arrived early for a 730pm reservation. Hostess stared at me not saying one word. I told her my name. Totally blank dead face and NO hello, welcome, how are you, F* you, nothing. Seated at table nearest entrance. Hostess tossed menus on the unprepared table with her back turned away and walked off. We sat there solid 20 minutes. Plenty of staff walking back and forth. Not one person greeted us, said I'll be with you, NOTHING. My husband got up and walked out. I stayed thinking someone may acknowledge me. Maybe manager type in white shirt stopped server at table behind us and motioned with his thumb pointing out our table. Server clearly said I have other tables what am I supposed to do. I got up, handed menu to hostess and said pathetic. Hostess NEVER once said anything, no I'm sorry, called manager, NOTHING. Just a dead blank look and projected she didn't care at all. This is second time this restaurant has failed us. I walked across the street to Ladera. The two hostesses immediately greeted me, table ready, and had one of the best dinners.

    Service is very poor. I like to go to this Opa location because it’s less busier than other Opa’s, but it by far has the worst service. It’s gone down hill. This was my 3rd time eating here since January and every time it’s been bad. When you sit on the patio, they kind of just forget you’re there. We waited 15 min for someone to come take our drink order and it was only because I had to go inside and ask the host if we had a waiter. that could help us. After that, we were never asked for a refill or another drink. Our waters were never refilled. Food came fast. I’m fact too fast, we got our appetizer and within 3 min our entrees where brought to the table. I was trying to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt due to Covid but after 3 times of being disappointed, I’ll probably never go again.
