Opa Grill serves classic American and Greek cuisines in its welcoming, family-operated Parker restaurant. For starters, the feta and olives plate and the skordalia potato, garlic, walnut and bread crumb dip served with pita are excellent appetizer options. Some of Opa Grill’s Greek specialty entrées include the marinated chicken kebobs, the pastitsio Greek lasagna with macaroni and ground beef topped with béchamel sauce and the eggplant and potato layered moussaka topped with ground chuck. Handhelds, such as the marinated pork loin sandwich, the grilled lemon herb chicken sandwich and the charbroiled black angus burger topped with feisty feta are some of guests’ favorite dishes.

Homemade baklava topped with honey syrup and crushed pistachios and the bougatsa, a deep-fried pastry filled with lemon curd and topped with powdered sugar, are both ideally enjoyed with the cinnamon hot chocolate for dessert.
