   Ordered the Chateaubriand Dinner for two and it was delicious! It truly is the best value, with salad & side entrees (your choice) and a wonderful creme brûlée dessert. Our Prime Tenderloin, ordered medium well, was cooked to perfection. We chose to have it "butterfly cut" and it was carved by the server, table side. The Bearnaise sauce was excellent and my spouse requested the creamy horseradish for his additional side sauce. We are repeat clientele and have never been disappointed with the entrees at 135 Prime.

   Our server Aeria was fantastic - polite, professional, a step ahead of our requests. The food was delicious - exactly what we ordered and how we ordered it. The only negative was the restaurant had a old musty smell to it when we walked in. There were several scented candles burning, but none of them seemed to help. Overall I would return again.

   We were visiting Waco and decided to celebrate our anniversary here. I’m so glad we did. The food is phenomenal! Compliments to the chef! I love Chilean sea bass and order it wherever I go. The sea bass was cooked perfectly as well as the scallops (great sear and moist inside) - one of the best I’ve ever eaten! My husband had the tuna, which was also very delicious. The short ribs appetizer was fork tender and the gnocchi was pillowy. Our waiter, Coy, brought out a complimentary crème brûlée for our anniversary and we also enjoyed the key lime pie with coconut. It was a huge slice, so we brought 2/3 of it back to our hotel. Thank you for a lovely evening, and we look forward to dining here again when we relocate to Waco this summer.

   We love 135 Prime. Anytime we have a special occasion of date night we love to go to 135. We went last night for our daughters High School Graduation dinner. The food is always perfect! Never ever a disappointment.

    I took my wife for her birthday, and we were very pleased! The prices are very reasonable, and there is a good selection of different meals on the menu. I had read some reviews that stated that the portions were small; believe me, they were not small, and the food was exceptionally fresh and cooked perfectly. My wife had the steak gorgonzola, and I had the mixed seafood grill. My wife's steak was cooked PERFECTLY, and it came with mashed potatoes as a side. We also ordered a side of broccolini, which was large enough for both of us to share; we ended up taking some of it home. The mixed seafood grill came with two skewers of salmon, scallop, shrimp, and either monkfish or cod (it was very flaky and white-toned). The skewers were also perfectly cooked, and were obviously basted in butter. My plate also came with a large serving of cooked carrots and green beans which were deliciously cooked in butter! For dessert, we had the berry crumble. It was large enough for both of us to share, and it also came with a big scoop of vanilla gelato. This is one of the best restaurants we've come across this year. We'll definitely be back to visit.

    Our evening at One Thirty Five Prime could NOT have been more enjoyable. The hosting staff greeted us with a wonderful, warm smile. We were fortunate to have Caleb as our Server, who proved to be most knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The food choices, done with the assistance of Caleb, turned out to be fantastic. The pecan encrusted sea bass was a massive "'hit" with those that "stole a taste". All-in-all a great dining choice by "out-of-towners", celebrating a birthday, while visiting Waco.

    I've been there once before and had the filet and it was amazing as was everything. This time my spouse and I ordered Chicken and the stuffed flounder. My flounder was luke warm at best and I'm sorry I just was not impressed. My spouse had a stuffed chicken (not sure exactly what it was called) and it was bland. Staff were great as was the environment, but for $214 I expected better on the food, I doubt we will come back unfortunately, for the price the food should have been better. Our server was amazing so I just did not want to complain last night.

    Celebrated our anniversary. Walking in w/reservations we were acknowledged by two girls who appeared to be inconvenienced with our arrival. We did have reservations. We had a great, attentive and very nice waiter.we ordered a wedge salad- would not order again, it was watery and missing the bacon.I ordered halibut w/pesto risotto. Risotto was eh. Halibut was great. Husband had shrimp & chicken carbonara. Yeah it’s known for its steaks, since we’d been here several times, thought we’d try something else. Waiter brought a complimentary crème brûlée, that was nice, very much appreciated. Overall for this place to be listed as one of the best in Waco? I beg to differ. $122 nah.

    I know they have great steaks, but it’s really hard for my wife and I to not get the Chilean Sea Bass a la Prime or the mixed seafood grill. Both are great! We also got the sautéed mushrooms to split. Huge serving of those, enough for at least 4 people, but very delicious and unexpectedly spicy. I always enjoy the Bogart’s Bourbon cocktail.

    Very good experience as always. We decided on early dinner to avoid larger crowds. So glad we were wrapping up as they arrived. Outstanding quality of food. Magnificent menu options, it always feels like I’m at a new restaurant when dining in. I love how they are always keeping the menu fresh. It peaks the interest of food enthusiasts everywhere.

    Food and service was excellent. We were seated close to the kitchen so there was a noise problem. There was also a party of 4-6 people with one very OBNOXIOUS and loud, inappropriate female who was probably very drunk. Everyone on our side of the room was commenting on her. We spoke to the manager and he spoke to the loud party. It quieted down for a while but was starting again as we left. The manager did discount our bill a considerable amount which was appreciated, but the overall effect of this drunk lady was a huge downer for many of the diners I would believe. I don't know if maybe she should have been denied more alcohol at some point. It was a 33rd anniversary dinner for us, and it was very disappointing that this one inebriated female ruined our night. We will certainly return at some time but we will refuse a table near the kitchen and hopefully some loud-mouth drunk won't ruin the evening.

    We were there for our 1 year anniversary and we were sat next to a storage area where a guy was putting chairs into while trying to enjoy out dinner. On top of that we were sat next to the bathroom!!!! If you're paying more than 55$ a plate why is there a table next to the bathroom??? I really didn't want to pay for dinner at all. Cost us 235$ and I got to watch people walk next to our table the whole time to use the bathroom. We were put in a backroom area so we were neglected by our server. He came over 3 times. So while we weren't happy with one of our dishes they wouldn't have known since I finished mine completely then waited another 15 minutes before our server came back. This was so not worth it and totally ruined our Anniversary. When I told the ladies upfront they couldn't have cared less. I will definitely be letting friends and family know not to go here.
