Very fresh sushi and I need my rice to stick together if I’m using chopsticks.
This is the 2nd time I’ve booked a business dinner at One or One+ and I’ve been disappointed both times. Last time my reservation canceled at One+ just hours ahead of time with no explanation. As I’ve been several times before with no issues I assumed this was a blip on the radar. With this reservation, I arrived and tried to order a cocktail only to be told they didn’t have a bartender. Not a dealbreaker, but very disappointing and would have been nice to know before I was seated. The service though, was the worst. The waiters didn’t seem to care, and it was hard to get their attention for anything. At one point I tried to explain that something was disappointing and the waiter literally walked away from me mid sentence. At least the food was good, but not sure I’ll risk coming again with my whole team.
Amazing tuna sushi! Bang bang shrimp are to die for.
My wife and I made a reservation on a Monday night for an outside table. Upon arrival we were told that the patio was closed. No big deal since the restaurant was empty, maybe two customers.
We waited 5 minutes for water then ordered drinks. 15 minutes passed by until we were notified that the bar was out of the wine we ordered. Neither the bartender or server seem into in serving us, again the restaurant was empty on a Monday night.
We were excited to try One Sushi but the overall experience was terrible. We told the server we were leaving and received no response from him.
On the bright side the Indian Restaurant next door was amazing. The food was authentic and service was top notch.
Overall, we enjoyed our experience. Love the live music and half off wine bottles on Saturday evenings. My only feedback is that the sashimi was a little too thick and large for my liking.

Great variety of rolls and many price points. Delicious and beautiful. Enjoyed it. We had the sex in the city roll and the picante roll which were delicious

The drinks were not very good . I also thought that it was weird how the server was also the bartender and how the host was the bartender as well . Seemed a bit unorganized sushi was pretty good . I didn’t like how the server spoke to the guys making sushi it was very unsettling . The best part was seeing the guys make sushi !!
I absolutely loved this place! Besides the sushi being super delicious the service was on point and the food came out soooo quick! They have a large menu of different things to choose from. Really enjoyed my experience here and will definitely go back
