Very good food and service was good. The only issue was that even though I made a reservation well in advance they tried to seat us at a high top table for a luxurious steak dinner. Totally redeemed themselves with a nice table.

Our server, Gabriella was attentive and very professional. We didn’t get the wine directo’s name but he was also very attentive and obviously enjoying his roll. The Tomahawk ribeye was perfect.

Great service nice cozy ambiance but also cool setting to watch game. Staff very attentive although not too familiar with menu. But we had shrimp, calamari, and wedge all were great and fresh. Shrimp sauce was really good. For entree’ we had Scallops that were seared fine. The sauce was awesome! Also had the filet and street corn was so good! Cocktails was great as well. One love I think is what it was called.

The halibut was the size of a scallop. My steak was dry. The calmari was overcooked. My nephew liked his steak, not so much the au gratin potatoes. It was very pricey. They had asked if it was a special occasion, it was our Anniversary..why did they ask? No dessert or appetizer was offered. Service was pretty good.

The food was amazing as was the service. The presentation was also very nice. We did not have dessert as nothing really stood out. The banana foster looked intriguing until I noticed it was with cheese cake. Not our thing. We definitely would go back.

This restaurant is located in the Virgin hotel, I've eaten here twice now.. this is exactly what you would expect from a high end steak house. The Service is exceptional, this includes the wine list...any bottle ordered is opened by the in house wine sommelier at the table and he is also there to make recommendations..very easy to talk with.. The steaks are fantastic and cooked correctly.. Plan to spend at minimum $140+ per person here for a decent experience.

The best food I have ever had! So that gets 5 stars. However I didn’t like how everything was ala cart. There’s no sides or anything with entree. Our server was a bit rude, and they would clear the table of our food and drinks without asking if we were even done. Very expensive, good and worth it for the most part. Definitely should give you a meal option

Outstanding! My wife and I have never truly experienced a steakhouse before and the bar has been set to a new level because of One.. everything was perfect from employees to food!!
