   All of the food we got was great, from the bread to the steaks and dessert. The service was tremendous. I will happily return to One if I find myself in Las Vegas again. An excellent experience!

   Very poor seating for an anniversary celebration even though restaurant was not full. Staff was extremely unwelcoming. Food was mediocre and not prepared to our liking. Do not recommend.

    Some of the best drinks I have ever had. We had their specialty cocktails and they were fantastic. The steak was good, but not anything out of this world. We had the porterhouse and some parts of the cut were overcooked. We had Fernando as our waiter and he was very knowledgeable of the menu and the drinks. He was very charismatic, but unfortunately we mispronounced "gnocchi" when ordering. After placing the order Fernando went into the kitchen and told the staff of our error, mocking us. It was within earshot for us and we were disappointed we were paying over $300 for a meal and being disrespected on the side. Our au gratin potatoes were very good as well as our asparagus. I would recommend this steakhouse, but maybe not for an anniversary meal such as the one we were celebrating.

    I had a lovely time for me and girlfriends first experience in a steak house! Our server was very meticulous and sweet and made sure all our needs were met. He even split our portion of our salad on to two different plates so we wouldn't have to eat from the same one which was super sweet! All of our food was delicious and definitely a spot I want to come back too the next time we're in Vegas!

    The only think I didn't like is that on the reservation I put on there to bring out a slice of cake for the birthday person so I guess they didn't ready so after dinner they asked if we wanted any dessert

    Inattentive waiter; undercooked steak (2x); over priced for small portions. The bus girl was the most attentive throughout the whole experience (she should have been a waitress, I’m disappointed I don’t remember her name because SHE was great)

    The "ambiance" in the best asset. The food was good... I was expecting more but good quality and ok presentation. The servers were nice but seemed somewhat disorganized. I would recommend for a nice but expensive dinner.

    The filet mignon was very tender and flavorful. Next time I will try one of their crusts for it. We also had the shrimp scampi, Brussel sprouts and gnocchi. Although the gnocchi were nice, all the other food was so flavorful that it made the gnocchi seem bland by comparison. The Brussel sprouts were amazing. The food all came very quickly. The staff were all attentive and very nice. You can come very dressed up or casual. I'm from out of state but I would love to eat here again when visiting Las Vegas.

    Seafood platter was dry and discussing! I had one small piece of the crab and it was dry. The shrimp looked dry like freezer burn. Oysters were floating in water! The steak was mystery meat! Dessert was awful! Only good thing was the french fries which is pretty hard to screw up.

    We enjoyed our dinner very much. The service and food was excellent. I’ve had plenty of traditional steak house experiences, and this was on par with all of them. If I had one minor complaint it’s the atmosphere. The restaurant is right off the casino floor, and as such gets the noise of the casino a bit. It also means you get hotel guests who aren’t really dressed for the restaurant that come in to eat. It was mentioned in other reviews so I expected it and it didn’t detract from our experience.

    The food was excellently prepared and tasted great. As a classic steakhouse it falls short. There were a number customers who were wearing their baseball hats and were very loud whole time during dinner. It is not give the feeling of being in a fine restaurant but more like I went to a Texas Roadhouse.

    The food and atmosphere was amazing. Our server and food runner were great. Our only hiccup was that it took us about 30 minutes after we finished our meal to get our check. In that time no one checked on us or refilled our drinks.

    I recently visited One Steakhouse at the Virgin Hotels and was blown away by the quality of the food and service.
