   We were there for new years supper . The service as great and the food for the value was exceptional

   Overall just a bad experience. It was very loud, drinks were not good. Portions were small. Would not recommmend or return.

   My wife and I went for dinner with friends. She had the Smash Burger and absolutely loved it. Our friends had the Steak Frites and the steaks were cooked very well. I had the Veg Pie and it was bland and disappointing, although the pie crust was well made. Our appetizers were served with our entrees; we asked for them to be served first. Our server may have been new to serving, as they never came back to our table and we went to the bar for water and beer orders (we were seated next to the kitchen). It was very loud in the restaurant and I could barely hear anyone at our table.

   Felt like a rip off. Over priced food, very small salads, burgers with no fries for $24. Wish we hadn’t come here and saved our money. So far worst restaurant I’ve visited in Winnipeg.

   We had a great time going for dinner before theatre night. Food was excellent, particularly the Steak Frite. Tried the gnocchi and really enjoyed. We will be back again.

   Chef Kurt and team prepared amazing food. Our server Andreas was also very attentive and kind. 5 stars

   Dianne was our server s as nd d as though she was very nice she was inattentive. She did not notice our empty drinks a b CC oriole of times and we had to flag her down, plates were cleared and we declined food and 20 minutes later no offer of a bill. Wee Ed had to flag her down yet again. Overall the food was disappointing and bland. Scotch egg was good but the beef pie and the flank steak were both bland. The flank steak, in fact, tasted old and like it had sat out and dried out before cooking. I had to douse it with salt and pepper to get any taste from it. The house salad was fresh and crispy but the honey mustard dressing just tasted like oil with a bit of sweetness. I have never added salt to a salad before this. Overall friendly service but very inexperienced unaware service. Food was boring and bland. I would go back for drinks but not food.

   Our drinks were not up to par as they usually are - overall it was good and I’m sure we will go back

   Unfortuntely, the food we had was a bit underwhelming. I found it under seasoned and luke warm. Wish it had been more flavourful. Nice atmosphere as always.

    Great atmosphere on a Friday night - casual enough to bring our 5 yr old. We'll be back!
