Our team of Grill Chefs prepare your bowl right in front of you on our giant circular flat-top grill. The tradition of the Mongolian Grill is nothing short of timeless legend; as the Mongolians moved across continents staking their claim - glorious feasts would be had, cooked atop their round shields over a roaring flame.

One Rooster is elevating and re-thinking the ‘Create your own stir-fry’ model, using the freshest market bar in the city with a Polynesian flare; full of vegetables, rice, fresh noodles, seafood and shaved meats. Boasting a focus on all-natural, organic and local selections. Sauces and spices, all made in house, fresh, everyday. The appetizer menu focuses on One Rooster's Polynesian roots, with Crab Fritters, Steamed and seared dumplings, Char Seu Bao and Edamame.

The bar serves up an array of Tiki cocktails, hand selected wines and beer. Youll also find at the bar, our island themed juices, soft serve and Pineapple Whip floats.
