A split-level restaurant resembling an elegant mansion in Shanghai during the 1930s, with superb Victoria Harbour views, cozy residential decor, glass ceiling and a fountain. The cozy home ambience is enhanced by rich Santos rosewood timber, while natural stone creates a light airy feel at the lower veranda. The fountain with distinctive glass mosaics, custom-made carpets, wooden furnishings and draperies all add to the final residential touch.

The Chef’s Table private room inside the kitchen features exclusive innovative dishes and presents a rare glimpse into the workings of the kitchen. The room accommodates up to 12 diners. Guests can request Chef Tim’s surprise menu, create their own menu, or choose from one of the restaurant’s set menus.

香港に行った甲斐があったレストランでした！滞在はじめの食事がこちらでしたので。ホテルですしサービス等を考えたら少しお高いのは仕様がないかと思います。

Was staying at the Hyatt and came here for dinner because it was well rated and “easy”. I am really glad we did. The view of the harbor is breathtaking and the food is only matched by the caring and attentive service. Loved my Peking Duck. And the staff could not have been better.

お料理は美味しく、サービスも良く、レストランの雰囲気もとても良かったです。デザートのマンゴープリンは絶品です。リクエストしてませんが、窓側の席で最高でした。ランチでしたが、価格はやはり高いです。2人で２万6千円くらいでした。

今回はギリギリ予約して階段付近の席でした。子供連れや団体ツーリストが側で落ち着きませんでした。そういう時はお料理もさっと食べてということになりました。

飲茶をいただきました。薄味です。胃に優しいお味でした。サービスはグレイト！おしぼりやお茶のおかわりのリクエストなくとも、気づいたらできています。食事に集中できました。パパイヤスープ数年ぶりにいただきました。変わらないところも安心です。また行きます。
