   A very memorable experience from the minute we arrived (greeted with bite sized amazing appetizers) to leaving with some hand made chocolates and a souvenir menu. The food was amazing-- interesting combinations, and great wine parings--but seeing how it was prepared and watching the team cook inf front of you really elevated the experience. This kind of dinner could have easily become pretentious, but the warm friendly staff made us feel relaxed and comfortable.

   The most unique dining experience in Pittsburgh. It's expensive but worth it for the masterfully prepared courses in an approachable and unpretentious setting.

   This prix fixe experience was truly an experience. The ambience was lovely, we enjoyed the pacing and portions. Food was outstanding and the beverage pairings truly elevated the experience. Their attention to detail was apparent in the space, service, ingredients, and menu. Can't wait to come back again!

   The experience at One by Spork was spectacular. We started with several amuse-bouche with a drink in the cocktail area before even being seated, which started the night off very pleasantly before we were treated to I believe 10 courses from the tasting menu. Chef Frangiadis explained every dish that was made and the level of care, experimentation and effort that went into each dish was amazing. They truly are a food lab with all of the experimentation they do with many of the dishes and cocktails. They were making almost everything by scratch, down to milling their own rye and making seasonings, butter and cocktails. Staff was very pleasant and Cecil did a tremendous jobs with the alcoholic and NA drinks and the same level of care, ingenuity and effort went into the drinks as the food. There was too much served to really go threw every dish but every dish was so good I can't even decide which was the best. Truly impeccable all around and yes it is more an event type of night that costs a bit more than the normal night out but the quality and quantity truly made it worth the trip and I would highly recommend!!

   The food was tasty and there was plenty of it. it took about one hour and a half tofinishthe pre-fixe, the wine pairings and cocktails were also very good. There is an option for non-alcoholic menu also.

   A true EXPERIENCE. Every detail of the meal, the pairings, the narration of what is being served. EXQUISITE! I can’t even put words to it. You just have to go!

   From beginning to end the experience is extraordinary. The food is so flavorful and the presentation is perfect. It’s like an evening at the theater. Beautifully produced with highest quality food, complex dishes and drinks that provide unique dining. Bravo
