   On Point Bistro is always our favorite brunch spot. The food is always cooked perfectly with delicious flavors and unique pairings as well as a few staples for the kids and their boring palates.

   On Point has a great atmosphere. I was surprised by how spacious the space was. Our server was very communicative and helpful. The food was fantastic. Everything we expected and wanted out of a brunch.

   We were super disappointed in our experience at On Point Bistro. We were visiting for the first time for a special Father's Day brunch. The weather was unseasonably cool, and as the hostess went to seat us outside, we asked if we could be seated inside where there were 75% open tables. I had my toddler with us and did not want us all to be uncomfortable sitting in the cold. The hostess immediately seemed annoyed and said that we booked an outdoor table and could not switch because there were reservations for tables booked inside. We kindly asked again, given how empty the restaurant was, but she rolled her eyes and immediately walked outside. (Meanwhile, my husband and I went inside to use the restroom on a number of occasions and 50%+ of the inside tables were empty each time. They CLEARLY could have accommodated us indoors, but chose to be difficult for no apparent reason.) My husband had to go get a blanket from our car to wrap around us, and the wind was consistently blowing our napkins and trash off the table, so we were chasing litter down the street. On this same day, management apparently also gave all fathers the day off--a nice gesture for sure-- but our server warned us that it meant the kitchen was understaffed and it would take longer for us to get our food. We sat *over an hour* after our 9:45am reservation before we received our entrees. The food was good, and our server was incredibly pleasant, but the way we were treated initially really soured our experience. One other small point--the hostess gave a completely unnecessary and frankly condescending "speech" to us when we were seated about a 2-hour time limit for our table. Pretty odd, considering they were the ones without enough staff to appropriately move people through in a timely fashion. Oh, and apparently they don't serve alcohol when seated outdoors, so we couldn't even enjoy a Father's Day mimosa, as we had hoped. All in all, a disappointing experience.

    Wonderful atmosphere, service and food. Really like that it’s BYOB as we loved the variety of options. Portions were generous but not too big. Place is very clean and welcoming. You need reservations on the weekend.

    Sat outdoors at On Point and had a lovely BYO brunch. The food was excellent and my friend was thrilled with the available vegan options. We accidentally overstayed our 2 hour time allotment and the staff was so gracious that when notifying us, offering us a 15-minute wrap-up warning instead of just asking us to immediately vacate. The entire experience was wonderful.

    The service was very very poor. We were sat down and given water glasses and then didn't see a server for the next 45 minutes, only eventually getting our order in when a member of our party flagged down the waiter. HOWEVER, I have been here several times before and have never experienced this so I'd give them the benefit of the doubt - maybe a server or other employee was absent and throwing things off or maybe the other tables were especially needy. Food was and is always absolutely delicious.

    Had a wonderful birthday brunch at On Point Bistro. Pancakes were delicious and the service was excellent. Our server was very accommodating allowing my wife to substitue the potatoes that came with her eggs with fresh fruit.

    I've been here a few times now and I always have a good experience! Our server Jerry this time around was amazing and quick. Coffee is great and the chicken and waffles are a favorite of mine. Great place to go with friends and BYOB. Make sure to make a reservation in advance.

    This was probably my fourth or fifth time coming here but only first time eating inside and will never do it again. It was so loud, people screaming and shouting, popping champagne bottles and people clapping and “woooting!” any time someone opened another. It was like being in a club. I just wanted a relaxing brunch. It was also incredibly busy so service was pretty slow. Our server was still really great and was trying his hardest to be as attentive as possible. They definitely need more staff on Saturdays. The food was great as usual.

    Really fun BYOB with an excellent menu and wonderful service. We had the wings to start and my mouth is watering just thinking back on them. They're breaded and fried, very juicy. Burger and Cobb salad are two great options though you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Can't wait to return.

    This was our first time eating at On Point and it was great! It was exactly what we were looking for to spend time with family catching up over a nice brunch. The food was delicious, the prices were right, the service was perfect and we loved that it is a BYOB. We'd definitely go back!

    Another amazing experience at On Point. We took advantage of the spring-like weather and had an early brunch outdoors with our LO. The staff is among the friendliest I’ve ever encountered, they’re ever-so-sweet to my child and always have been. The food is outstanding, portions are generous, and there is something for everyone. They are very amenable with substitutions or changes to accommodate dietary needs and any upcharges are reasonable. Highly recommend for dine-in or take out!
