On point is always delicious. Food was terrific as always.
My son and I had Mother’s Day brunch at On Point Bistro and it was wonderful. Our waitress was friendly and the service was terrific. I had the falafel wrap and my son had the blueberry pancakes. And we both agreed our meals were great. Definitely will return soon!
Went for Mother's Day brunch. Crab Cakes Benedict was wonderful incredible. Everything was so good. Service excellent. Can't wait to go again!
Three of us ordered: A burger (forget which one), gnocchi and grilled cheese (kid's meal). All items were outstanding. Fresh, tasty, served hot. This is a little gem. Spaced out tables so a little lacking on ambiance, but it says Bistro in the name so wasn't expecting white tablecloths. Check out On Point Bistro, they were definitely on point and have my recommendation.
Awful service. Rude while seating and didn’t come back after seating us. Waited 15 minutes and walked out. Would have settled for a hello and a glass of water but even that was too much
There’s a 90 minute time limit on tables that they will pick and choose who it applies to. At about 95 minutes into our reservation (mind you it took 30 minutes just to get our drinks), we were told we had to leave so another party could be seated. I have no problem about the required time limits, but if you’re going to make people get up it should be the table that’s been there longest. There were three other tables that were already seated when we arrived and they were still seated and eating/drinking when we left. Very disappointing, especially considering we tipped an extra 50% on a bill that already had 20% auto gratuity added.
Great service, excellent food, will definitely be going back!
Food was amazing & service was great , Nice atmosphere, food came out relatively fast only one thing Cheese Steaks rolls are yummy but a bit on the greasy side .
Awesome as always, great food and excellent service
My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The staff were attentive. The food was amazing! I highly recommend the breakfast nachos and getting the meal-sized option. I was upset when they were all gone. The blueberry pancakes are to die for. I personally like my pancakes a little less fluffy and with the edges slightly crunchy, which I typically only get when I cook at home. This is the first time I’ve ever had them at a restaurant, and they were On Point (pun intended). My boyfriend loved the French toast. It came with pecans and marscapone cheese. I didn’t have any room in my stomach to try them, but he amazed by the combination of flavors. We will absolutely be returning here!
I loved everything about the restaurant EXCEPT the time restraint. We went to celebrate a friend's birthday and were asked to leave in 90 minutes from the time we ordered our food. The automatic 20% gratuity was a surprise as well except the waiter and other staff members were extremely attentive and so we didn't mind that at all.
Always great food and the best service! Friendly staff- GM Michelle is the best!
Google had this listed as Black Owned, it’s not. The music didn’t match the ambiance. It’s a larger hole in the wall, decorated like a southern kitchen in a large home. Very pretty inside. My glass had pulp in it from who knows where and I gave it back to the server. Instead of grabbing a clean glass he ran the hot water from the coffee maker over it and inside it then wiped and out and brought it back. A nice warm dirty glass for my mimosa. This place is BYOB (champagne) and they charge $7 for a carafe of lightly pulped OJ. I think the OJ is fresh squeezed.
I got the Clucker (chicken and waffle) it was delicious and big enough for two. My cousin and I didn’t want to stay so we split the meal and went to Green Eggs Café afterwards.
During these COVID times quality service has taken a nose dive due to 20% tip being included. I go out of my way to give more when service is better but there wasn’t much our waiter could’ve done. The least he could’ve done was bring me a new glass.
I don’t recommend this place for dine in but they do have carry out.
Brunch was great- Throughly enjoyed! I look forward to return for dinner next
Food was amazing. It was by far the best breakfast I've ever had. The beakfast nachos, omelet, potatoes, and French toast all were beyond yummy! The waiter was kind and friendly. The hostess was not so nice and was the worse part of our experience there. There is no flexibility in the seating since you have to sit where they decide. Unfortunately, we were sat outdoors in the shade with a broken heater. The food was worth our coffee getting cold before we drank it. We will definitely return once it warms up.
Great food as always! Brunch here can’t be beat with awesome menu and the ability to BYO bubbly.
I come here a lot and the Clucker, Farm Omelette, Huevos Rancheros and Cuban are some of our favorites to order. But I have yet to be disappointed by anything I’ve eaten here so looking forward to trying the whole menu!
The food was good. I had the steak and eggs. The staff weren't very attentive. I had to ask for orange juice three times and I never got the french toast I ordered. Also no ice buckets were provided for champagne. It's BYOB, so I would definitely give it another try.
Great place to come in right away. Would love a bigger menu
On Point was delicious and the BYOB aspect is an added bonus. They have plenty of outdoor tables. Their bathroom was a little dirty but otherwise it was a great experience.
Service was horrible the staff was running around confused and scared. After 40 minutes waiting for coffee and food my guest and I decided to leave. I’ll never go back to this place.
Cannot say enough good things about On Point! Excellent value, amazing food, and great service always. It's our favorite and we go back over and over again.
Solid place to eat
A wonderful dining experience. Very mindful of COVID protocols.
Heaters weren’t super warm but not their fault! The only issue was the service was super slow. Food was great, definitely recommend the Cubano panini and the berry marmalade for their toast!
This is my second time coming to this place for brunch. The food is so good and it’s BYOB! We ordered the breakfast burger, clucker, and blueberry pancakes to split and they were all amazing. The service this time around was also a lot better. My first time here the service wasn’t very attentive and one of the servers was really rude and impatient. She wasn’t there this time from what I could see. Much friendlier staff and more attentive service. This place is in a mildly sketchy part of Point Breeze, lots of interesting characters walking around. Still one of my favorite brunch spots in the city.
Efficient, friendly service...tables were nicely spaced. Outdoor setup very cozy. Food was excellent.
I thought it was a little ridiculous to be asked to have your mask on at your table if you weren’t eating/drinking. Difficult to have a conversation. Also, 20% tip automatically added , understandable but the staff now isn’t as attentive because they know they are going to get the 20%
The food is always great. Went for brunch in November and sat outside. Bit chilly but had heat lamps and waitress continually checked in for anything we might need. Prices are more than fair for the quality of the food. Always recommend for anyone who’s in town!
Really enjoyed the brunch menu. Great service and fast wait time for food. Highly recommended this place for brunch with family or friends
Having to leave 20% tip is fine but service needs to be better if that is the case.
One of the very Best brunches in Philadelphia 👍👏☝️
Love this place. Food is consistently great, especially their burgers, omelets and pancakes.
amazing food and really nice servers!! the server was so incredibly sweet about a mishap that it barely even made a difference in our meal overall. There’s only a few of them working at a time i’m assuming because of COVID but i saw they all were constantly cleaning tables and wiping down surfaces so they’re making it safe for us!
Can't wait until they open up indoor seating. It isn't the greatest spot for outdoor dining.
The breakfast burger is otherworldly! Also had the challah French toast. Great food! Service could’ve been more attentive but overall food was excellent and it’s BYOB. Can’t beat it. We’ll definitely be back!
Our waiter was very nice but the hostess and other waitress was extremely rude. The food was good, but not good enough to overlook the way my friends and I were spoken to by the hostess and waitress.
They only have outdoor dining and the setup is not the best. The food takes pretty long to come out and the address says point breeze but it’s actually on federal street.
Best breakfast spot in sp. My husband and I love coming here!
The cheesesteak egg rolls and the lobster ravioli are must eats.
The food was great and quick.
