We are a team of young and inspired professionals taking down the walls between kitchen and guests and taking you on a culinary adventure. Immerse yourself in a progressive tasting menu focusing on the simple, yet luxurious, ingredients around the world with deep inspiration from Japanese cuisine.

We challenge the seasons, navigate beyond the limits of time and break with tradition— getting playful with process and tricky with techniques at the intersection of place and possibility.

At Ômo we offer a unique and exclusive experience to only 16 guest at a time. The journey starts in the living room with a welcome drink and snacks, then you are transported into the main counter overlooking the kitchen where you will enjoy all the savory bites in an interactive environment. At the end, you will transition to the pastry parlor to continue your experience with sweet bites and after dinner drinks.

The secret is out with my favorite restaurant in Florida, if not the country. It's got the accolades you want to see (a Michelin star, James Beard, top 10 in the US), but without ANY of the pretentiousness. Staff is not only completely top notch, but open and friendly to the point that by the time you leave, you feel like old friends. The dinner seems to rotate between three spaces in the restaurant. You start off in a casual room, then move to the completely open kitchen for a few courses, and then into a pastry room / bar area for the desserts. Come prepared for surprises! I don't need to talk about the food, because it's ALL carefully thought out and bordering on perfection. This is a meal that you truly don't want to end.

The experience was amazing. I can’t say enough about the food or the service. It was the best dining experience we have ever had! The music was a little loud for our liking. It was hard to hear the waiter in the first room. I would highly recommend Omo, and we will definitely be trying their sister restaurant.

We had a wonderful experience, food and service exquisite! At the end of it all, we just did not expect to pay $700 for 2 persons, I feel it was too pricey. They advertise $195 per person but then you get enticed into adding more and so it ends up to that or more…

My wife and I went there of our 24th wedding anniversary. Overall, everything was great. Lots of sea food, which is fine for us, just pointing it out. They had a few "snacks" to start off with which were fantastic as was the ramen, duck and desserts. We did elect to do the wine pairing (less expensive of the 2 options) and it was extremely well coordinated. Our only real issues were fairly nominal. First was the temperature inside the restaurant. They have 3 different rooms for the experience and both the Lounge and Kitchen were pretty warm. The lounge due to the windows and the kitchen due to the grill which is wood burning (and we sat as close to it as was possible - staff directs you to an assigned seat, you don't just sit wherever). Lastly, we have been all over and done some great restaurants, but this place includes a 22% gratuity for the kitchen staff that doesn't include the wait staff. Never seen that before so it was a little surprise you should be prepared for. Overall, the place is great from the service to the food. They just need to drop the AC temp a bit.
