We are the only Italian restaurant in Sydney, most likely in Australia and probably even in the world where the menu changes monthly travelling around the 20 different regions of Italy. Every month you can expect a regional menu either inspired by or directly lifted straight from the traditional recipes of an Italian region. Our wine list is full of organic, biodynamic or traditionally made wines ensures matching with our menu with local and Italian varietals.
