   The space is beautiful, the bar is gorgeous, service friendly and competent. Tried duck, a rib eye, pork chop, French onion soup, Gnochhi, and pickled tray. The mashed potatoes with bone broth gravy is as good or better than any gravy ever tasted. Worh the trip in its own. The pork chop is Fred Flinstone size and juicy and well seasoned and porky- which isnt often the case these days. Ribeye had a fabulous char and was well seasoned. French onion soup was very and I mean very reduced, it’s essentially black. So it’s flavor is very deep.

   Glad we tried it, but not really worth the drive from Minneapolis. Just too many other really great restaurants closer.

   Great local dining experience with a real chef driven menu. Really amazing, especially for being in Cannon Falls that is food wise generally very dumbed down. Hope a lot of destination foodies support this. Local sure as hell won’t get it.

   Our 2nd visit in two weeks. Great food and cocktails. The tilefish special was excellent. Loved the pecan pie dessert. Would rather not get our check before dessert arrives, but server was otherwise friendly and attentive.

   Would like to see more fish options on the menu. My wife is Gluten and there wasn't much of a selection for her to select from. I have had the ribeye steak and duck in the past and both were fantastic! Love the atmosphere and the service was wonderful.

    A very interesting and eclectic "Supper Lodge" located just off of Highway 52 in Cannon Falls. The setting is very comfortable with a gas fireplace and great seating. The food was quite good although the price point is slightly above what's common in the area. The restaurant is part of a larger market complex that has another "roadhouse" style restaurant on the north side of the building. We'll definitely head back in the spring or summer when the garage doors can be opened! One minor suggestion to management would be to look at upgrading the lighting in the dining room with something less "harsh" like vintage LED bulbs as this would make for an even more pleasant dining experience.
