OLÓN
The menu at Olón features Chef Garces’ family recipes, with a modern twist, as well as unique takes on time-honored favorites. Traditional features include steamed clams, crab cakes, jumbo fried shrimp, and surf & turf. More contemporary options include wood-fired Wagyu skirt steak, roasted chicken, jumbo gulf prawns, black bass, two-pound lobster and king crab.

BAR OLÓN
Bar Olón serves as the foundation of Olón’s extensive beverage programming, including: a custom, double-sided tap with 16 draft beer selections; 35 beers by-the-bottle; 20 wines by-the-glass; 75+ wines by the bottle and 6 hand-crafted specialty cocktails. A light food menu will also be available featuring ceviche, sandwiches and shareable small plates.

This was recommended by a friend and it was great. The brunch value is wonderful- afraid to say this as they may rise the price! The raw bar was fresh (wish they had crab claws) and the dishes were all a bit unique. The bloody mary bar was fun!
The service was really good and we had a waiter who was from our home town which is tiny!
Would definitely return.

Service was fair. Took awhile before anybody came over to us. The plantain chips with salsa were really good which we received when we ordered. The screwered tapas were good and you get 3. The mussel dish sounded good but the dish was small and so were the mussels. The sauce was good but too much garlic and salt. The Tuna was good but nothing special. Probably won’t go back. Too many other good restaurants.

My wife and I went here for our anniversary. The overall atmosphere was nice but a little too noisy for my tastes. Food was fantastic. Wagyu steak was the best steak I have ever had. Service was excellent. This is an expensive restaurant that I wouldn’t recommend for anyone on a tight budget. Under the right circumstances, my wife and I would definitely go back!

We've been twice and loved our food. We like the small dishes and try several. Our friends were disappointed in the amount of food...thought it was too small. They wouldn't go back. She had 1/2 lobster and said she only got 2 forks of meat. Our server Jimmy was outstanding.

Wonderful dinner, everything was absolutely fantastic, Cynthia was our server. We had the cauliflower and empanadas to start, cauliflower skewer was out of this world! The empanadas were delicious too, we got the mista and enjoyed all 4! For dinner I had the chicken and the presentation was fabulous and delicious! My partner had the surf and turf, once again was outstanding. Presentation was beautiful and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Only constructive criticism was that the steak was a little veiny persay, I understand it was probably a skirt sirloin but for the price maybe a little more mindful. Mashed potatoes were heaven! Will be back, will recommend and will be back with others!

Olon was amazing!! The food was incredible and the staff was so helpful and friendly. We had drinks at the bar prior to our reservation and I wanted a picture taken, the lady behind the bar went so far as to find us a nice spot in the restaurant to take the picture and took several to make sure we liked them. The drinks were excellent, I recommend the gin and tonic that they make with dragon fruit. For dinner we had the sweetest waitress, Katy, who recommended delicious oysters when I saw some names of oysters I hadn’t seen before. We had the steak, the guacamole, and empanadas. All were excellent. Best part of our trip to AC!!!

Once again a delicious meal. Olin never disappoints. Service was TOP NOTCH. Liz was pleasant and knowledgable. Can't wait to eat there again!
